We visited this location a couple of weeks ago. The food was very good, but we had a poor customer service experience. When it came our turn to order, I told the associate that it was our first time trying Cava. She seemed confused by this disclosure, so I asked her to explain how to order from the menu, asking for some basic guidance because I was unfamiliar to the process. The associate responded "you just order what you want." So I went ahead and built my own bowl but felt awkward from the interaction. My partner wanted to order a pre-designed bowl, but the associate couldn't find the recipe card and gave up looking after some time. The person behind us, who I assume was another employee getting their meal break (wearing uniform), chuckled. If he was an employee and saw what was happening, why didn't he offer help? Why laugh at the situation and make us feel like we were causing disruption? My partner built his own bowl but the rushed decision making and lack of customer service left him unimpressed with the overall meal and experience. I understand that we could've had this experience for a few reasons. She could've been a newer employee, the staff could've been winding down for the day (we came at about 8:30 PM), etc. I'm only writing this review to communicate that this experience was not a good first impression of this location and franchise. I'd try Cava again, but not at...
Read moreI usually order on DoorDash or uber eats bc I’ve had some less than pleasurable experiences feeling rushed or as if I was inconveniencing the staff with my presence, but on this recent visit, the exact opposite happened.
I walked in about an hour before close to find the staff cleaning & restocking, all too preoccupied with closing duties to utter a greeting. That was expected so it didn’t bother me any. I get to the line & wait for about a minute before anyone comes to the food prep area.
There was a girl with her back to me kinda off to the side & another one kinda right in front of me closer to the food prep area but she kept crouching down acting super occupied like she didn’t see me. The girl further away notices, rushes to the handwashing sink (she was sweeping), changes her gloves & gives me the warmest smile & greeting I’ve ever received. She apologized for the wait & put my bowl together like a mom making her child’s lunch. I was actually taken aback by how attentive & sweet she was to me, as if making my bowl was one of the most important tasks she was faced with. AND IT WAS GENUINE!
Christin is hands down the sweetest person I’ve come across in the customer service industry & I wish nothing but great things upon her! & my bowl was super...
Read moreI couldn’t be happier that CAVA has opened up in the Four Corners area! This place is a true gem for anyone looking for fresh, flavorful, and healthy options. Every bowl is packed with quality ingredients, and their house made lemonades are a must try, so refreshing and unique!
The staff here truly make the experience special. They’re friendly, upbeat, and seem genuinely happy to be there, which adds to the welcoming vibe. Plus, the setup at this location is fantastic. Unlike other CAVAs where the ingredients are sometimes hard to see, here the lettuce and all the toppings are right up front in the food line, so I can actually choose the freshest greens and see everything available. It makes a big difference knowing exactly what’s going into my meal!
Thanks to the amazing team and the delicious, wholesome food, I’ll be a regular here for sure. Highly recommend the spicy lamb meatballs and trying all their flavorful toppings! Thank you, CAVA, for bringing something fresh and fantastic to the...
