My daughter made a mobile order from our resort at 11:47 am. We are literally across street at the Westgate Resort. Arrived at the Starbucks around 11:52. Watching everyone pick up their orders from mobile to in store orders. Store is very busy however quieted down and I noticed our order was not ready. I went to the front to confirm they had it the gentleman looks and sees there is an order however after confirming with others the order is closed and pick up per the associate from the window. The order said someone picked up at 11:47 am however didn’t understand how that can be when we placed the order at 11:47 am from the resort. I showed the mobile order and receipt. The associate stated a man stated the name and confirmed it was his order inside at the mobile order station. Stories are getting mixed up because one said for the window and the other stated from the mobile station inside. The manager (Cat stated my order was picked up and they said the exact name. Well as I am telling her that can’t be she is being rude and not understanding as if I am lying. I am showing her all of the receipts and order place and she is still telling me it has been picked up. Someone finally makes the order with no urgency. This is when I find out the manager is Cat and her nonchalant behavior is not impressing me after I confronted her about how the situation was handled. As a manager as reputable place you should represent better. I was so embarrassed trying to prove that the order was not picked up! I was fighting for two drinks 🤦🏼♀️....
Read moreEdit: On December 26th my boyfriend and I waited over thirty minutes for coffee. Drink was not made and I had to ask for a refund. He went to work late and I went to work with a gigantic coffee headache. Worst experience. The ONE person making drinks was high as kite. They really need to redo the management in this store and figure out why the hell it’s taking over thirty minutes for a drink.
I get my coffee mobile ordered here everyday. It’s very hit or miss. The drinks are never made the same, and they often are out of fan favorites, but at least the coffee is decent. It’s the only Starbucks on my route. This morning I had issues with the mobile app, and they were very unhelpful. They could have just made the drink (we literally order every morning) but refused and sent me to customer service on my now already delayed morning. I’d also say the staffing was inconsistent. Sometimes they’ll have people just standing around talking, and one girl just staring at the tablet while one person take orders and make drinks. The management definitely does not hold all their staff to the same...
Read moreI don't really know a nice way to say this, but the staff aren't very good compared to literally every other Starbucks in the area. They only make one drink start to finish at a time, instead of queueing the shots for one drink while starting the milk pour for another. Their efficiency is poor, the drinks are often messed up, and they ask you to leave the line and wait longer for them to make mobile orders before pulling thru a second time if the order was placed within the last 5 minutes. (This has honestly happened Several times)....But if I had just ordered in the drive-thru, instead of leaving Walmart, I wouldn't have to leave the line to wait??? I don't really get why they have you wait and come back. There was one day that was really fast and everything was made right, but there was a different employee working the window (a tall guy, Duane) and we had hope this location was on the up amd up, but I haven't seen him back.
