The worst experience ever. A manager named Julissa called me and left a voice mail the night prior stating I can have my order remade and pick it up the next day due to inconvenience. The following morning I called multiple times and finally got an answer just to be told they can’t remake my order due to how busy it was. I was told to then call back in an hour just to be ignored. The employee who claimed to be a supervisor named Ace is completely unprofessional and rude. He should not be working there. Not only did he ignore my calls prior to coming into the store refusing to help me. He also got loud and continuously cut me off without letting me explain what I was there for. He had no clue of my situation even prior to me coming in. He did not give me the opportunity to explain myself. When the manager Julissa completely understood my situation which is why she advised me to return the next day for my order to be remade. However Ace stated and I quote “I don’t care what you have to say”. Now he is lying saying they told me about my order the night prior and how to get a refund. When he did not even know what I was there for and when I tried to explain he shooed me away like a fly. I was not rude or loud once. I also did not once ask for a refund. I was trying to ask for the food I paid for and never received to be remade as promised by Julissa which he would have known if he let me explain. But here he is lying and assuming my situation/ what I needed. I also never commented on poor staff just the horrible supervisor named Ace. JULISSA IS A GREAT EMPLOYEE AND DESERVES TO BE THE SUPERVISOR NOT ACE. Not only did they take my money but also did not remake my order. They’re located just inside one of the two entrances to the Walmart super center at this address, the left entrance to be exact, and I encourage anyone who may find the location inconvenient to give them a try anyway.
I was a dine-in customer, and noticed early on the tables and chairs were clean as well as socially-distanced, which I appreciated. The restaurant decor also has charm to it. It harkens back to the classic diners and burger joints of old, which of course makes sense given their brand name of “Wayback.”
The menu selection for entrees is fairly large with a variety of different burgers and sandwiches, and the prices are fairly reasonable, actually better than what’s advertised online. The food is made to order and I was certainly impressed with the quality.
The burger I ordered, The Big Easy, was superb. It was both tasty and filling. It had a good cheese-to-meat ratio. I also tried their Cajun tater tots, and they were seasoned well. The Creole remoulade dipping sauce had just the right amount of tangy kick.
There were just two guys working behind the counter from what I could see while I was there, but they were both hard workers and polite. The service was prompt, professional, and courteous.

Read moreIt was like my 3rd time (Also last time), going to wayback burgers inside Walmart, the crew seem really uninterested of providing a great service, I ordered 3 items Double bacon it was for me in my opinion was decent Ordered another bourbon bacon for my wife they gave us a sealed bag so we didn't realize until we got home, this one was a mess, no bourbon sauce at all, no onion rings, only the 2 patties bacon and cheese and one of the patties was a little burned. Also got the free shake you can get by signing up on text messages, surprise they didn't tell us until the end they had no shakes at all ( Probably didn't want to make it), all they told me since you made the order online you solve there by yourself, next time if you don't have something tell me at the beginning, like the onion rings, bourbon sauce or the shake so i don't get disappointed at the end or at least i can get a different item.
