There really needs to be a 0 star rating. I've had bad experiences here before, but I decided that after 6 months of staying away from this particular restaurant, I would give it another shot. It's a new crew, with the same problems. Drive through service workers have very poor attitudes, and tonight in particular, the guy was very rude (he's lucky he wasn't wearing a name tag, or I would put it on here). To be fair, I did have two separate orders in the drive through, which I normally don't do. I order a simple western bbq burger meal, large, with a coke zero. The other order was a different meal, also large, with onion rings. After paying, I get the drinks, and they are both not large. He fixes it, after realizing his mistake. One would think, that if you realize you made a mistake there, you would need to fix the rest of the order as well. So, I get my food, and sure enough, the fries weren't large. So again, I point it out. After about a minute of arguing about the onion rings (yes, onion rings, from the other order) which were fine (and I pointed that out repeatedly), it was evident that he obviously just can't listen. He brings over a large container, and tells me that all the onion rings will fit in it. I repeat, the onion rings aren't the problem. Still nothing. It takes me directly showing that my small container of fries is not the large container of fries, to get it through his head! He shoves a large container of fries at me, glaring, with no apology, and closes the window quickly.
Advice to the management and owners: Please take the time to review the actions and behaviors of your employees. They are hurting your business! I would rather wait 1 extra minute for your workers to take enough time to actually listen, than to consistently get my...
Read moreI'm done here. I'm not going back. It's still bad. The food is ok or it'd be 1 star but the service is some of the worst I've seen, especially disgraceful for an area like Viera. Always new faces making new mistakes. I ordered 2 steak burgers and two shakes. They didn't give me a receipt and then had to find one, while I'm sitting in the hot weather with milk shakes, one which the lid wasn't secured and leaked all over the seat. I shouldn't have to ask for a cupholder like I did. Even if they fit in my car cupholders, I'm not a magician. The large lid fad has to stop. 99% of people aren't drinking their shakes in the car. I don't need stuff flying in my shake. I got home and realized why my two steakburgers and 2 shakes were $12. They gave me two DOUBLE steak burgers. Had they given me a receipt I may have noticed while there, but who wants to spend even more time inconveniencing the people behind you, because they don't have their act straight, by unwrapping the burgers to check them before leaving. This isn't astro physics. You can't really blame the kids. There's a high turnover in their employment for a reason. At some point you have to blame the owner and management. This isn't the first bad visit. 75% of my visits have some bad element involved. They're running around like chickens with their heads cut off and there's always a wait. Again, not rocket science. Get the system down and everyone's happy. I overheard the manager or supervisor who came over to "find" my receipt say the computer has been f#$!@*! up all day. Not professional. Go down the street to Culvers for a better tasting, cheaper meal. Very friendly people. They're new so still ironing out the wait, but I still wait less there than...
Read moreI've eaten here a few times, Originally it wasn't a half bad restaurant when it first opened, but unfortunately it's been getting less and less tolerable every time we go. The service has varied greatly each time we've gone. Literally it had gotten to the point that my roommate and i called it a "dice roll" whenever we would go, as some days you'd get "the right people" working, that would get your food out in a flash, other times we'd literally sat there for an hour without so much as our order being taken. They tried to make it up with a plate of fries, but it's like... I don't want your fries, I want my food on time, especially when it's 11 at night, and there's only 1 other table there.
But let's get to my biggest complaint, the smell, look, and overall cleanliness of the restaurant. It's astonishing to me how a restaurant can consistently smell like vomit. As soon as you walk in, it smells like someone just threw up. All the while sitting at your table, you will get sudden whiffs of puke that will honestly turn your stomach. I don't know if they're using old mops that need replacing, or if they even clean at all. come to think of it, I've been there at 1 in the morning, and not a single person has been mopping or cleaning. Also, a word of warning... don't ever wear flip-flops or sandals. the floors are so sticky and disgusting that it will ruin your appetite. In fact... the smell will stick to your clothing as well, so you'd better wash them directly after eating there, or they will stink of vomit forever.
Just... don't go here... they'll either learn to clean, or go out...
