Subway — Restaurant in Florida

This used to be a fantastic subway, but I went today and it was terrible. I asked for a BLT, never asked for cheese and they put cheese on. When I saw the employee holding the cheese, I explained I didn’t want cheese. He said ok and put the bread in the toaster. I paid for my other sandwich and turned around and saw cheese melted on the bread. I apologized and said that I had asked for no cheese. Instead of apologizing and fixing it, he started arguing with me and said “no you asked for provolone.” I said again that I asked for no cheese and he again said “no, you asked for provolone.” I got a little frustrated at this point and let him know I’m lactose intolerant and can’t have cheese, so I never asked for cheese. He scoffed and instead of remaking it, started pulling the bacon off of the old bread and put it on new bread and said there was no cheese on those pieces. I was so disgusted and annoyed that I just told him fine, just toast the bread and use that bacon. He was angry as he finished my sandwich, like I had done something wrong when all I did was ask for no cheese at least 6 times. Then when the woman rang up my food, I used a gift card and waited to hear how much I owed after the gift card and she just stared at me for a minute before I said is that all and she said I owed some money. Tonight at 11, an hour before closing, my partner went to grab dinner for us. Trust me we wouldn't be out this late if it weren't for our sick baby. So time got away from us and we were starving. My partner is met by your employee who is closing the gate and she asks her if you're closer for the night. She said no she was going on break. An hour before closing. So my partner waits 15 minutes for her return then follows her back. While walking back she turns to my partner and snaps saying, "Just letting you know I only have one piece of bread left and it's 9 grain wheat." So my partner calls me to see if it's okay. I told her it's fine, go ahead and order it. While on our 2 minute phone conversation, the employee puts on her gloves and gives my partner a nasty glare and right after the conversation, throws out the bread. So let's just say, we won't be coming back anytime this woman is working. We've been there many times all throughout the day, but this was down right the worse experience we've had. Most of the time, you have some very nice gentleman working for you. Shameful management would leave an employee like this to close and deal with...

The employees of this store are very friendly. The food is always fresh and made just the way I like it. Stephie is a wonderful part of your store. Always frindly and willing to help. She has even learned exactly what i order and how to make it. She deserves a sticker for her expertise. Out of the 3 stores I could go to, I always come to this one. One of them takes no coupons which I use all the time. And the other store is like 9 miles from me. But this store is exceptional. Just really good people, good food, and great service.
