Wawa — Restaurant in Florida

I purchased a salad and 45 minutes later when I came to pick it up the employee by the name of “MAR” stated that since I left and I was No where to be found he didn’t make the salad ! (Keeping in mind that when you order a salad you specifically put the items you need added on there if you want to customize the order) So on my second try I said OK well I’ll be back in 10 minutes and I walked away however when I came back in 10 minutes when I asked about the salary said that he would make it and since I kept leaving he wasn’t gonna make one!

After inquiring about his name, title and expressing that I am Filing a complaint Due to the bad service, His response was “yeah, “that’s fine do whatever you wanna do “ I have seen bad service because of the tourist area mini tourist don’t complain yet this is the lowest of Customer Service and the rudest that I’ve ever experienced in Central Florida where employee went almost jump over the counter and hit you because you told him you’re filing a complaint against him! !!! Simply put “ STAY AWAY” !!!!! Very sad to say that this city Customer Service have stooped to the lowest of the low unfortunately in majority of the retail stores and chain restaurants on this area, The city of Kissimmee is becoming more and more the complete opposite of what a tourist city should be when it comes to staffing or service or even public service!...

I went to this Wawa to pick up an Uber order and one of the girls working there was so extremely rude. I politely asked if they had an order for such an such, a guy told me yes but it was not ready. I then asked if they had rough estimate so that way I could wait in the car and come back in when it was ready because the store was packed from vacationers. And that's when they're rude store employee jumped in the conversation with a nasty nasty attitude saying everything is 45 minutes to an hour right now and that she is not going to jump in front of her to go orders to make my Uber order. Which I never asked her to do. I was actually nicely just asking the guy about how long it would take and I even stated that I'm not rushing them at all that I'm working a restaurant also on the weekends. And I know how it can be. It's not like I was being some rude driver trying to rush for my order. So I didn't understand why she was being like that. I really think that they need to put more effort into training this girl, I wish I would have gotten her name but I was so uncomfortable on how she reacted that I just left. And then when I called Uber to let them know about it and they called the store they said that no one said it would...

Yep, I'm a fan of Wawa. This one was even better than the other one. I know it's weird to give 5 stars to a convenience store. But, in comparison to all the others, this one is da bomb! If you're a coffee drinker, your not stuck with whatever is left in the bottom of the pot that's been sitting there all day. You have your choice of about half a dozen different flavors and a full selection of flavored creamers in big cartons, not tiny plastic tubs. The smoothies are cheap and delicious. The pumpkin pie milkshake was smooth and yummy. I also really like the snack section. Instead of just the usual prepackaged cookies, crackers and candy, there are selections like individually sized hummus with pitas, sweet grapes, cheese and fluffy crackers, and pepperoni and cheese - yep, there had to be a nice fatty one in there somewhere, LOL. All of the prices are reasonable. Oh yeah - not to be forgotten, the restroom is clean!! I sooo wish this chain would move into our area. It's such a trek to Orlando just to fill up...
