Flippers Pizza - Sunrise — Restaurant in Kissimmee

Flippers Pizza at 3212 N. Poinciana blvd is new yet on three separate occasions I’ve had issues. The latest one, was enough to have me never go back to this location ever again! First I was on hold (phone calling in) for 10mins twice; 20 mins total. Then, I decided to place an order online (I was about 15 mins away at this point). When I got there to pick up my pizza, I found the place completely empty (I thought due to the long phone call wait it must have been busy but that wasn’t the case). The guy at the front counter didn’t understand English nor Spanish, there seem to be a language barrier which explains why the phones were slow, but when I tried to order a drink he charged me not only the wrong amount, but multiple times!! When I got my pizza and opened it (at the store) it was wrong. Someone came from the back to see what was wrong and when I said the order doesn’t match what was online he simply said “there’s nothing I can do.” Really??? He refuse to apologize and remake the pizza, or even offer a discount or something. That was the final straw. If you like Flippers, that’s fine, but do not go to this one!! We’re regulars at Flippers but it was our first time in this location. There were 5-7 employees joking around or on their phones behind the counter. When we went to place our order the employee taking our order (Brian) was very snarky and sarcastic. He mumbled something and we had to keep asking him to repeat what he just said because we couldn’t hear him. He replied back with a sarcastic comment and an eye roll. We ignored it and sat down to wait for our order. As we were waiting another customer came in and asked if her pizza was ready. She then proceeded to explain that they told her it would be 20min and she’s been waiting for over an hour. They told her that the pizza “was cold” so they had to put it back in the oven. This was the third time she came in to ask if her pizza was ready in the course of an hour and they kept telling her it was in the oven. Stayed at a nearby resort on a family vacation and decided to order this place due to decent reviews. This was the absolute worst mistake. I ordered the boneless wings and they were Burt as if they were placed on the bottom rack of the oven I ordered buffalo They were burnt & dry no sauce .I also ordered the bone in wings in the inside was raw . I also ordered three adult side salads. They were completely disgusting. They had beans inside of them oil instead of dressing, the pizza was decent very thin crust. The children ate it as we waited a hour and a half for the delivery and they were hungry. but they were not thrilled about the pizza.
