Wendy's — Restaurant in Florida

Well today 4-3-2022 was a horrible experience I went to Wendy’s like I do all the time and I ordered the honey butter chicken biscuit sandwich. Now I’m gonna show pictures and no I didn’t contact a manager why??? Cause I’m at work now and she’s or he isint gonna drive me a new sandwich so why call.this is what they allow out there window flat dried up chicken and I have to say I just got one like this yesterday but decided to give them another chance and this is what I got again!!!!! I’m just about done with them slinging crap out the window and not to mention they don’t say much to you.update update update///// it’s now 6-5-22 I gave them another chance I pull up to the window at 945 I told the girl I can’t pull over an wait before I handed her the money she says no you will be fine.not two minutes later she asks if I can pull over I said nope give me my money back. Wendy’s this is why your score is a 3.9 you all suck get better help get honest help!!!!!! I will not ever go back again that’s it for me well here it is a year later and this Wendy’s hasn’t changed!! Tonight I was greeted at the speaker by what sounded to be a corpse with absolutely no personality as I pull up he’s wearing dazy Duke shorts and a polo shirt definitely not Wendy’s attire!! And go figure the frosty machine was down for cleaning at 9pm so I guess they wanna be like McDonald’s and not sell ice cream I wonder what the district mgr would have to say about your attire and the machine never able to sell frostys after 9 pm I don’t Wendy’s you must be happy with your unbelievable low ratings at state road 54 just east of Rowan rd next to Dunkin!!! Needs help or to be shut down. A bunch of Grey haired slow pokes who have no idea where they are or what they are doing.

Went through the drive thru. Only one window open. Paid. Was immediately handed our food. Which was the first sign we were missing something. Asked if everything was there. They said yes and then started staring at the car behind us as to signal we need to go.

We move forward but shouldn't have. We were missing an entire meal but we didn't know. I realized we were missing a fry order so hubby parked and went in. 15 minutes later and a drive thru that's cleared out numerous times, I go inside and ask what's going on.

Realizing nothing besides them completely ignoring my husband who is patiently waiting at the register, I ask the fry person if we can please get some fries. We've already paid it was just missing from the bag. Another worker interrupts rudely with, "What's this geniuses problem?".

Honestly my problem is that your incompetence is wasting my time. Spend more time doing your job and less time running your mouth and you won't have to deal with a customer asking for their fries.

I didn't degrade you or your laziness, why make jabs at me? I paid and I'd like to go, ya know? I went through the drive thru to avoid coming inside. Not to do both.. come on now. By the time we got home the food was definitely cold and for whatever reason the burgers were pink inside.

This is my vow to stop giving yall my business. Its literally all Wendy's that suck now. Fast food just ain't the same anymore. And you guys are especially awful. From your undercooked and missing food, to your disrespectful lazy staff. Might as well cook at home.

This has to be the worst in the chain, I tried to go through the drive thru and after sitting there for a few minutes I asked if anyone was thereunder the response I received was " I'm only one guy and I'll get to you soon" I said thanks for letting me know the moment I pulled up. It's not like there was a waiting y saw no other vehicle except for the single car at the window. So after a few more minutes, I finally got tired waiting and drove around and walked inside to order. I noticed 3 other customers waiting for food. There were a total of 5 employees, one was actively working, filling orders and one I can only assume was a shift manager who was more concerned with his earbuds. He finally came over and asked who's next. I realized it was me. He took my order and then went back to his earbud. Then walked towards the back of the store and was talking and cutting up with the boy that was on the drive-thru load enough to hear the profanity that they were speaking. After the other 3 customers were taken care of, the girl came up uo me and said it was going to be another 18 minutes on my baked potato (what?are you kidding me?) Then she tried to replace it with chili cheese fries instead. I didn't want that, I wanted what I ordered, 1 min later she magically found one and filled my order of a chili baked potato. I retrieved my order and left. 10 hours later I was vomiting. It was the last thing I had that day. Bad food, bad service, poor management. Never going back to this location, I'll...
