Wings Xpress — Restaurant in Florida

If I could give a negative 0 I would. I had a very unpleasant experience here. I’ve only been here 3 times I think. Every other time I have been inside, but this time I went through the drive thru. There was no one in line when I turned in. When I came around to where you place your order, there was 1 car ahead of me. At 12:05 I placed my order. Well I didn’t get my order until 12:20. They gave my order to the car in front of me. So I had to wait for my order to be cooked “AGAIN”. SMH. They didn’t apologize. They didn’t adjust my total. They felt the need to argue with one another at the window about who fault it was that the order was given to the wrong person. In the mean time it made me late getting back to work. Although I must say that the young lady was right in what she was telling the young man about reading the receipts instead of asking the customer. But there needs to be some type of communication between one another when more than one person is going to be working the drive thru. But that’s not even the icing on the cake. As the gentleman was handing me my food, he coughed and didn’t cover his mouth and that just disgusted me to the fullest. I will never be going back to this location again. BTW, the food was ok... a little too salty for my taste...

I can't believe I've never left a review. For the last 8 months, I've been eating here almost nightly. I get a grilled chicken sandwich about 80% of the time I go and have lost 80lbs since I started. It's just the perfect size for a single sitting meal and nothing else really fits into my schedule of fasting and hard-core running. Besides that, the food here is mouth watering delicious. The Philly steak and fries with honey mustard is my cheat food by far. I actually have to stop writing this review because I can feel my brain gearing up to store all the calories. Regardless, I preach this place to everyone I talk to. The boneless wings hit for a place open til 4am on some days. The Philly steak is incredibly high value and delicious. the grilled chicken sandwich is incredibly satiating. The chicken Philly is great for protein. The chicken rice bowl is amazing after gym recovery. And my biggest secret is how affordable it is (not everything needs to be finished in one sitting!). I was left a response today to my review on Google from 3 years ago saying I would have a full refund. I called. I asked to speak to the manager after I gave my name. The person on the other end conveniently said the manager had stepped out & didn't know when they would be back. I asked to speak to the assistant manager. I was told there isn't one. It's a small store & I should try to call back later & speak to the night shift manager. I asked for the owner of the stores number. I was not given one. I ended the conversation.

I called back again asking to get the name of the manager who stepped away. I was greeted with hostility because I did not feel the need to give my name or reason why I wanted the managers name. Usef is who I was speaking to. It wasn't until I gave my name & reason he then decided to give me the managers name & told me to try & call back around 4pm to get ahold of a manager.
