Nekter Juice Bar — Restaurant in Flower Mound

I was very disappointed with my visit today. I walked in the store and waited awhile to be helped. I looked toward the back of the store and saw multiple workers sitting down on their phones, which was disappointing. I had ordered 2 smoothies from the app. I could tell that one of my smoothies was made incorrectly upon looking at it when I was finally helped by someone, so I requested it be remade. When the smoothie was remade it was made incorrectly a second time. This wasn’t apparent until I was in the car on my way home. My order was half full . $12 for a peanut butter bowl that’s only filed 1/4 of the way , and when you bring it to the staffs attention the guy behind the counter roll his eyes and snatches the bowl out of your hand all because it was an inconvenience to have to give you the quality of bowl that you pay for. When you’re spending that much money on something you expect it to be right . When you go Some where to get food you pay for the meal and you get the whole meal, you don’t pay for a full meal just to only get half. Ongoing issues at this location. I am finally fed up. They sent me this link to post and not sure if that was a good idea. Their product and quality continues to be inconsistent. at this price point I shouldn't have to question if they really put the right protein in, did they really green it up b/c this week it is not as green as last week, etc. Honestly it is the unengaged owners. I even tried to cater an event and it took me multiple phone calls to get someone to finalize.
