Christi Danielle Salon — Local services in Flower Mound

I went earlier this week for a cut and color (had it toned) and it ended up way darker than I had expected and asked for. I left with wet hair per my request due to scheduling conflict thinking the color would dry lighter. I reached out to Christi the next day with concern of how dark it was and wanting it to be lighter. She worked with me to find a time that would work with my schedule and said she would personally over see the process. I was scheduled with a different stylist than who originally did the cut/color, which I stated was okay with me considering I wanted in asap. Upon arrival, Christi came over and talked through the process of how we could lighten it. She was there every step of the process to make sure the result was to my liking. She also blended my haircut at the end of the appointment after styling it. I appreciate the time she took personally to make sure I was happy with the outcome. I can not thank her enough! And on top of that, she did not charge me for the fix. I had a disappointing experience at the salon with Dulce. Right from the start, the stylist didn’t greet me or acknowledge me. I was holding a juice, and she abruptly threw the apron over me, spilling it inside my dress.

She was consistently rude and dismissive. I had clearly mentioned my haircut requirements, but she almost started cutting my hair without even washing it. When I asked whether they do a hair wash before the cut, she reluctantly guided me to another chair. After the wash, she didn’t bother to towel-dry or wrap my wet hair—just asked me to walk back dripping to the main chair.

She then trimmed the existing layers in about exact 2 minutes with minimal effort, and started blow-drying. When I reminded her again about the haircut, she said it would be done after drying. To my surprise, instead of curling with a brush as usually done in professional blowouts, she awkwardly pinned sections of hair trying to “curl” them, which looked unprofessional and uncomfortable. And finally, when I asked about the haircut again, she told me it was already done. Its waste of 70$. If you ask me i would never come back...

I got my hair cut with the very sweet and lovely Dulce yesterday and she did not disappoint! She let me tell her what I had going on with my hair, what I was looking to achieve and even gave her the freedom to decide what would she thought would work best for me based on those things and she absolutely nailed my hair cut! She was super attentive and accommodating. It was my very first time at this salon and I have to say that I will definitely be a returning and loyal customer. The salon gives a cool and modern aesthetic. The environment was very warm and welcoming. Everyone there was super friendly and accommodating. Everywhere I looked, someone had a smile on their face. I definitely recommend this salon and even though I did not get my hair cut with any of the other stylists there, I can guarantee that they will all take care of you because they all had happy customers.
