It typically isn’t my style to leave negative reviews unless absolutely necessary. In this case I think it would be the best option due to the high level of disappointment and poor quality of professionalism. I had my hair done by Tessli Danielle aka Hair_Warz via Instagram. Prior to my appt, I came in for her to look at my hair and I sent photos of what I was striving for - I wanted to get tape-in extensions with bayalge as well. When it came to my appt, the color of extensions I was not wild about but I appreciated the thickness my hair was at though I wouldn’t call the coloring/look “bayalge” but whatever, no big deal. Fast forward a few wks: I asked (and have proof) if we could lighten the extensions to a more blonde for the look I wanted. She said we could do it so I came in and that’s where it went downhill. My extensions not only turned ORANGE but one of them was falling out/ she told me while in the chair she typically doesn’t like to color them (or something of that nature). I would have NEVER touched them if that was the case. She got me in a week later, toned again in which they turned out better but still not 100% though I was OK with this. I didn’t think there were any “issues” due to her philosophy of wanting to fix someone’s hair if it wasn’t up to par. Obviously this is NOT this case because I requested an appt to have these moved up which was DENIED and I also texted her with no response. I have spent over $500 on my hair + extended time that has been a complete waste. If you are not interested in fixing a clients hair and/or seeing them anymore, have the audacity to give them a heads up so they aren’t scrambling to find someone to get their hair...

I came here for an appointment with a women that did a no show so I had to go to Peter J and my hair is awful. The picture I showed versus what I got my hair is fried from the bleach, there’s 2 chunks of platinum bling at the back of my head and it was supposed to be blended and it’s straight cut lines from the blonde to the brown in my hair. It looks awful and when I called to speak to Peter about how unhappy I am he was yelling at me telling me there would be no compensation and since I told him my hair was okay when leaving from the appointment he won’t help me with this. I can not express how much Nathan helped me and my daughter out! We came in for a cut and scalp care treatment as we have very bad dandruff and styled our hair with our exact vision and did not cut off anymore than asked. During this time he educated us with how to prevent dandruff going forward. He not only gave us exceptionally great services but you can tell what a great person he is inside and out!
