My family and I eat pretty healthy so we literally live off of Panera. When I lived in Cali that's what I usually eat every other day. When I found out that they were opening here in MS I was ecstatic! I am a loyal customer, I came at the crack of dawn when they opened and was one of the first 50 people to get free meal cards from Panera.
Ever since I've been using my card to spread the word. Sharing it with family, friends, employees and volunteers at various charity events. I think I build a new following of Panera loyalists haha.
Everyone there is amazing, friendly and helpful. I used to be an area manager in Cali for Tesco and Ross and worked as a recruitment manager as well, so I know a little about hiring the right people...Zach is wonderful at his job, he's very personable. A great asset to the company, good investment Panera!
I have to say that the last two times that I ran into the other manager, not gonna put his name, but it wasn't as pleasant. This is why I'm writing an update review. Everytime I use the free meal card, I keep tab of how many punches I still have left. The first time I noticed was when I ordered 3 meals and he crossed out 5. I didn't mention it, because it was probably an honest mistake, right? Then tonight I came by, ordered 4 meals, he crossed out 6, alright...I drove off and it just bothered me because he was being dishonest. I won't say anything, I'll just take a pic of my punch card so I'd have proof if he tries to pull another one of those moves again.
I still love Panera haha so I'll lower the star to a 4 instead...
Read moreHorrible customer service. When I arrived there was not an employee at the register. They were instead walking back and forth in the back. After standing at the register for ~5 minutes, I decided to use the kiosk. As soon as I stepped away, the family behind me stepped up and an employee (no name tag) appeared and greeted them. The lady in the family noticed this and invited me to place my order instead. When I came back to the register, the employee did not greet me just stood there with an annoyed look on her face. I realized at that point I was not welcomed and asked to speak the manager.
The manager arrived and I explained what was going on. She was very dismissive and lacked offering an apology. I asked for the DM information to which she replied with an attitude that she couldnât give me that and she was âtrying to help meâ. I then asked for information to contact corporate. She told me I could find it online. I asked for her name and she pointed to her badge. Ironically, it was not visible because it was covered by her apron. When I pointed this out, she snatched her apron to the side. Her name was TRISTTIN. As I was saying it, she decided at that point she wanted to spell it. An all around...
Read moreMy wife ordered our child a meal online and we went through the drive thru to pick up said order. We waited at the window for 3-5 and the restaurant was not busy. I loop around and someone greets me on the intercom. She asks for the name on the order and apparently she couldnât hear because my daughter was making a lot of noise on the backseat. She asked me three time for the name on the order. In an effort to over talk the noise coming from the backseat. I yelled the name. Apparently the worker was having a bad day and assumed that I was yelling at her. She told her manager and the manager named Tristinn brought the food to the window and all but threw it to me. I said âthank youâ to Tristinn, she proceeds to say âyepâ and slam the window in my face. I turn around to speak to a manager not realizing that Tristinn was the manager on shift, and she was unprofessional, dismissive, and rude. She wouldnât give me the name of the GM or the number for corporate. She basically said that the GM was going to take her side anyway because I yelled at worker. Tristinn is rude and has no business managing anyone. I plan to report...
