The food wasn't good. Well, the egg rolls and gyoza were good. Hard to message those up.
Ive never ever seen a crab rangoon like this, in my 42 years of living. It was also soggy and didn't taste goodnor like the crab rangoons ive been ordering everywhere else in the usa for the last 20 something years.
There were weird stringy cartlidge pieces in my pho which my friend said was Tripe. Gross. And it only had one tiny tiny small piece of brisket that had more cartlidge on it than meat, 2 halfs of a meatball, and a small handful of round steak. Barely any meat. Bean sprouts were brown by the time I got home. Maybe 5 very thin slices of onion. No green onion as advertised.
The honey chicken had no flavor whatsoever and the breading was chewy and soggy. No flavor incorporated into the rice or broccoli that accompanied it. Just plain. No seasoning.
Bubble tea was good but only had about 20 boba bubbles in a size large.
The egg rolls were tiny. 3 bites worth.
Ive been eating pho, and authentic asian cuisine for over 20 years while living all over the united states, and never seen anything like this and I'm severely disappointed. Everyone was very nice there. Until I called the next day asking for a refund bc the food was inedible. Everything except the egg rolls and gyoza was not eaten and I expressed I was displeased and would like to get my money back as I spent 60 plus a 5 dollar tip on a to go order. The manager refused a refund, kept talking over me, and said my food was soggy and not good bc I live an hour away. Ive never had any issues bringing home food from jackson and it getting soggy chewy gross. Ever .
I wanted to call and speak to you first about my experience, and not leave a review online bc I know its your livelihood, but I would of been refunded, and you refused it. Thats just bad business and bad manners talking over your customer when they are trying to explain something to you. She also said i should of called sooner, but i called the first moment I could, the very next day. Not even 18 hrs later. And I was polite about it. It was extremely unprofessional behavior
Based on this experience, i would not...
Read moreThis place is new and I thought I'd give it a shot. Although Ramen is in the title and they serve a variety, it's definitely an Asian restaurant. I feel its more Japanese than Chinese but you'll find standard fried rice or noodles. I wanted Ramen and I got noodles and broth, but it confused me. The menu has your choice of noodles, one choice being Spaghetti. I got Japanese ramen which said came with ramen noodles... it was spaghetti. Being half Asian, I was super confused. Imagine going to an Italian restaurant and getting Udon Alfredo, it just didn't feel right. The broth was good and all the accompaniments were there but the noodles were out of place. Takoyaki was good, just needed a little more octopus. Also know what you want, there's cream cheese wontons or Grab (yes not crab) Rangoon. Got the Rangoon, which WAS NOT the wontons. Lesson learned, anytime I have the choice I want the little fried wontons not Rangoon. Here the Rangoon is peppers stuffed with imitation crab, cream cheese, and fried in a tempura batter. Chicken Hibachi was cooked good, so its a good stand by if you can't decide. No curries or Katsu on the menu unfortunately. Staff was nice and friendly, always smiling and thanking everyone who came in. I'll be back, I'll just have a better idea on...
Read moreListen to me: Skip the line at the drive-thru, and forget about cooking at home right now. If you’re hungry, bring your family and your appetite because THIS is the place to go! You get MORE than enough food at a reasonable price (I can assure you that you will need a to-go box.. maybe even two)! The atmosphere is excellent: Employees greet you with a smile when you come in; and the servers actively listen to you to make sure that they get your order correct- and they do a great job about checking back to see if you need anything else! Good music is playing (not too loud), and the restaurant is clean! It might take a few minutes to get your food, but that’s because your food is being cooked with care. Especially if you’re on a budget, this is a great way to have leftovers for later on. I’ll tease you with one photo, but that’s all you get from me because you’ve got to go try this place for yourself! 10/10 would recommend to anybody and...
