I swear that everytime I order food there they mess something up. This last time that messed up 5 things on my order. The only reason I keep going back is because the food is good, and the rest of my family really likes the place.

I'm honestly surprised they only messed up five things this latest time. I mean that had a real good streak going, why stop at just 5?

The girl working the front counter just lied to my face. I had been waiting for my to-go order to be finished and saw them place an order in the outgoing rack. Not having heard them call my name, even though I was aware of what they were doing, I walked up towards the counter. I then stood there for over five minutes before the dingle-girl took notice of me and asked if she could help take my order. I then aswered I was waiting for my order to be completed and she took my name. She then went over to the rack and pulled the order in question and said, "Here it is." I then asked how come nobody called my name and why did it take so long for somebody to acknowledge me standing here. Yes, the line was non-existant at this time, I noticed this as well. She replied with "we just put it there." I'm calling bulltwinkles on your lie barbie. I swear the employees there are a bunch of idiots. Read moreFantastic food the way that they cook the meat is divine. All their vegetables and sauces are amazing. I'm not really a big fan of having to go to the counter to order and then have it delivered to the table. I like full service. The people who do bring your food have just the right amount of attentiveness and leaving you be to do what you came to do.
The atmosphere could use some improvement I would rather see them look more like Urban Eats . It looks a little pedestrian somewhere between a California Chicken Cafe and a Raising Cane's. Those places are great and they both have good service but the atmosphere is for what type of restaurant it is which is pretty much not fine dining but just good food fast.
Haha it's not a Chuck e cheese or anything I don't mean that... I just mean the lighting could be a little nicer and maybe it would be good that you don't see the drink machine for refills right out the gate and maybe just not white walls with a few pictures but like something more... relaxing? Inspiring?
Slightly lower lighting with maybe soft white rather than harsh white. Just a little bit more work on the decor. The tables aren't bad.
The outdoor dining space is nice. I guess I would just like the whole decor to be a little less fast food looking because they really aren't fast food. They are healthy delicious food. When I was there it was really busy and it was later in the evening so the place is a hit. Definitely...
Read moreWe came for my birthday lunch and expected a delicious Chinese chicken salad, but after ordering it in taking about 6 bites, we realized we did not like the salad at all. We tried to communicate with one of the staff members about our dissatisfaction of the salad, so we got Sarah’s attention and told her that we were unhappy. I even told her it was my birthday and I was looking forward to having a delicious traditional Chinese chicken salad. I also inquired about how much chicken should be in the salad, she told us three ounces and then I still told her neither one of us liked the combination of the salad. At this point she told me she could re-make another Chinese chicken salad for me. She also said if we had only taken one or two bites of the salad we could’ve come up and gotten a different one altogether. I thought it was very odd to just not be offered a full refund if we complained about a salad and were unhappy with the flavor combination? Poor customer service when we were unhappy with the salad. Sarah should of offered us a full refund, because I told her we couldn’t take it to go salad with us cause we were going to be on the road all day for my birthday celebration.
