What a horrible experience. The older lady that greeted me for my pick up order was not friendly at all. No pleasant welcome in and thank you for your order, have a nice day.....she was too busy talking to other co workers to acknowledge my presence. I ordered a tuna sandwich online. After picking up my order I had one stop to make on my way home. I was out of the car for about 3 minutes at the mose. When I got back into my vehicle the smell of the sandwich was overwhelming. Not a tuna smell, however something smelt different and weird. If I had time I would have taken the sandwich back however time did not permit that. I will not go back to this location. I genuinely like their sandwiches and after a while of visiting the direct competitors locations, I found myself back here because my girlfriend wanted pizza from the same building. And of the two times I have ordered here, they have gotten my order wrong twice. Both times I paid for Avocado and they forgot it. The most recent time they added tomato which I cannot eat and ruined my entire sandwich. When I called to ask about a refund, they offered no solutions and said "uh google it" when I asked if they had a corporate contact.
