As much as I love your guys' smoothies, I feel that it must be said that your ingredient ratio is very infrequent. It's really obvious when too much of something has been used when it's all that you can taste. Another thing is that the customer service is beyond atrocious. Staff were friendly to me once or twice ever, and during times when it'd be valid to be a little blunt, such as being busy or being right before closing. As someone who dresses quite punk rock, I feel terribly judged whenever I step in here, and it's very clear that most of your staff has never learned customer service etiquette. WARNING FOOD POISONING!!!! Went to get two Açaí bowls and asked for no coconut on one of them. They didn’t put it on either one. The quality of the bowls are very sad and they are small and I paid $24! THEN about 1-2 hrs later after eating the bowl I got violently sick. I mean really sick. My symptoms are that of salmonella food poisoning. I’ve been sick for 24hrs and still going, and I rarely get sick. I order the same thing every time, at other Tropical smoothie locations...primarily New Berlin. A Chia bowl and, an Avocalada smoothie. It always comes to $14. It was $19 here because they don't consider a bowl, "food". I brought this up with the manager and he said there's nothing he can do. FYI...all of their prices are $1 more than every other location.
