Hello to whom it may concern I just had a terrible experience at your restaurant. Chris dressed like a manager use this “ are you ready to order” with a rude demanding tone, as a greeting. I ordered twice as I could see they were working on speed of service. The second time the young lady very slender very polite, said hold for one second and explore the menu, no problem… a few minutes later mr. rude (Chris the well dressed white man) says are you ready to order? Pardon me I was told to wait. So I informed him that the greeting was rude, the slender girl apologized repeatedly. I told her she wasn’t the problem. So as I’m easing up to the window, Mr. Chris is joyfully handing customers their drinks. When I arrive at the window he disappears and puts someone else in his spot so he doesn’t have to deal with “ the angry black women at the window) problem, Chris had 3 opportunities to apologize for his rude behavior. He did not which is a poor reflection of a leader, but also as a human being. I’m extremely disappointed. As a black women I have dismissed and labeled my entire life, I was not rude, I hope Mr Chris doesn’t treat his employees the way he treats his customers. from management over 17 years of service, KFC, Starbucks) I will say I have never trained anyone to speak like that nor have I used such a rude greeting. Making speed does not equal rudeness, also when you’re confronted apologize, even if he wasn’t wrong. He could have been a customer manic offered a cookie and taken accountability. Read moreI don't usually go to a Wendy's. But the dollar fries tempted me to try them. I've tried them twice to be fair and I'm sure that the quantity they put in the fry container is not what they would normally put if you actually pay the full price. Last time I tried a chicken sandwich. Without doubt it was the worst chicken sandwich I have eaten in my entire life! As I do not live close to there and I was eating it or trying to eat it on the way home I couldn't take it back. However I do have it in my car and plan to take it into Wendy's. The chicken was flat cold and just like a piece of leather. I'm only going there one more time and that's to take the time to give them back their nasty chicken sandwich! Great job management your shift lead is a child in an adult body. Also setting a great example for her co workers as well bravo to whoever hiring the talent. She couldn't even admit to it, even the person I was on the phone with heard her lie. Wanted to be funny over the drive thru but when I came to the window she was too scared to look me in my eyes. So if you want to go to a company's establishment with kid managers and rude service this is the place for you.
