I used to come here when the location was in Oscar delta before they got there on location and I started coming here over chipotle because yea it was like 5 dollars more it was worth because they were stingy with the other meat , rice , beans like chipotle is and they weren’t charging extra for everything that you get on top, I used love them as I knew I was going have this to eat on about two days , now you will be lucky if you not still hungry after , they barely want to filll you bowl with rice now, I can still see the bottom of the container, they barely put beans I have to ask for extra just so it can somewhat cover some rice, chicken they barely want to give to two small scoops trust me are very small scoops, extra is 3 dollars they say, then when we asked to put the queso on the side they we normally put on top of the bowl for FREE we were told if we wanted on the side instead of poor it on there that would be Extra 4.50 cause we are paying for the little plastic cup they have to put it on , no lie I can’t make this up, and the queso is even a small amount now, all the toppings you ask for you have to end saying “ can you add a little bit more I’ll pay extra , cause it such a small amount now even they corn, oh but they will give some lettuce though that’s about it , this place has definitely went down since they move out of Oscar delta , all the people that worked in there were nice and friendly and had no problem giving 16 dollars worth of food , now they are charging extra ( even the little cup) and portion are super small, my sister just moved out here and I had been bragging to her about much better the were than chipotle and how they were worth the 16 dollars, and i as telling everyone this needless to say im starting to regret bragging every one, I still like the food in general, but the service and up charging on everything, and the extra small portions is what I don’t like now felt like I was ordering a kids meal but...
Read moreI went in on Sunday at around 5:30pm and sat in an empty line for over a minute while the staff pretended like I wasn't there. I was finally helped and ordered make your own nachos as I have several times over the last few months. I asked for Pork and was given such a pathetically small amount of pork (the meat could barely cover 3-4 chips) that I felt I needed to ask for more to justify the $13-14 price tag of the meal. I was told by the quite standoffish server that I would have to pay $3 more to have more pork. This threw me off because I had been going to this location for months before and never had any issue with the meat portions. This employee was incredibly rude about the entire situation while I remained calm. I told the employee that I always came here instead of Chipotle because the portion sizes were much better here. The employee told me that management was getting onto employees for portion sizes. If this is true, I do not plan to ever come back. The portion I was given was unbelievably small. Even another employee was telling my server to give me more pork. The other employee's facial expression suggested that she agreed with me about the small portion size. After a minute or two of trying to negotiate with the employee I...
Read moreAbsolutely Delicious Every Time! Chiloso is hands-down one of my favorite spots for fresh, flavorful Mexican cuisine. I always go for the "Make Your Own Bowl" — it's the perfect mix of customization and bold flavor. The ingredients are always fresh, and the variety of hot and cold toppings lets you craft a bowl exactly how you like it. And don’t even get me started on the salsas — each one is a chef’s kiss! My favorite is ENOJADA.
The avocado plate is another go-to for me. I love that you can top it with your choice of meat and build it out however you like. Everything I’ve tried here is packed with flavor and leaves me wanting to come back the next day.
The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the food quality is consistently top-notch. Highly recommend Chiloso to anyone looking for a satisfying,...
