Lucky's Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Forney

I enjoyed the wings lastnight placed my order online and picked it up and it came came with fries. So I went back today and ordered inside same thing. When I got my order I checked it and it was wrong and didn’t have fries so I went back in and asked the same lady who helped me did it not come with fries because I got fries lastnight with it and was told it only come with fries if ordered online. What since does that make when you paying the same price for the same thing. I then told her my wings was also wrong and I could see she had an attitude so I asked did she have an attitude and she said yes I was like oh ok let me get the manager and she said I am the manager. The poor customer service displayed from a manager was indeed unacceptable for me. From anyone at that point but when I got an attitude with her because of how she was acting she told me get out her store! for her bad customer service to me? We came here because of reviews but I can honestly tell you the reviews are not true far as food wise. My husband had blossom onions that were not all the way cooked. I had chicken fried steak box mac and cheese and cold mashed potatoes. Chicken fried steak batter was extremely salty. The atmosphere, music and waitress was good. The bartender umm not too good in my opinion. It may not be the same experience for everyone, this is just my personal opinion. My husband did eventually try the chicken sandwich. Surprisingly good food for a sports bar or even a dedicated restaurant. I've been here several times in the past few months. I've tried the burgers, chicken fried chicken, fish and chips and the chicken parmesan sandwich. The Parm Bookie (chicken parmesan sandwich) is probably my favorite. The only thing that I wasn't impressed with was the fish and chips. Other than the food it's a great sports bar with about 30 TVs and a full bar and friendly staff.
