So tired of my order being messed up every place I go. This is a burger joint, you guys serve one thing and yet you still can't get it right on what visually is a very slow night.

Came in ordered 2 cheeseburgers and some fries. 30 minutes later our number has been skipped and apparently they gave our food to another customer.

So now we have to wait another 20 min for them to make 2 burgers.

You have 3 people working, a customer every 10 minutes and still you can't get a basic order right. An empty apology is all I got after walking in to ask why my number had been skipped. We were 71, they called 70 and 72 and 73 and 74 and were shocked when I walked in with a #71 ticket as if the number doesn't exist.

Girl up front making out with her boyfriend at the register, another kid roaming around aimlessly and the person cooking was the only one doing work only to have the other 2 geniuses give the food to the wrong person.

Just avoid this place at this point. The burgers ended up being sloppily made without sauce as if we had been the ones who made the mistake.

So not only did we wait nearly 50 minutes for food after they gave it to someone else, the food we did get was not even close to the quality we are accustomed to.

Just avoid it until they get their...

I couldn’t tell you how the food tastes here, because me and family didn’t get that far. We entered the restaurant and looked at the underwhelming menu. We weren’t greeted or welcomed by any staff member. They seemed too disinterested to be bothered by us. My wife’s parents began to order first, while I was deciding between their two options of either a hamburger or cheeseburger (single or double to be fair). Father in law asked if they had garlic fries to which the man behind the counter replied “nope”, and walked off to answer his personal cell phone. I knew then I was not going to eat there. The staff continued to be incredibly rude to my family, to the point of us walking out of the restaurant and finding somewhere else to eat.

Best case scenario, they were cooking what looked like frozen patties. I would not recommend here. Anyone who calls this place a good burger joint is...

This is a pretty average burger joint. If it were in a larger city like Los Angeles or Las Vegas, it would probably get lost in the crowd. I also feel that the name is misleading; I actually asked one of the workers if they had gotten my order right because I thought they had made me a regular-sized burger on accident. The double cheeseburger actually turned out to have a healthy amount of meat and I think it will suffice as a meal for the average person, but I could have easily eaten two of them.

I suppose for fast casual it is a 'giant' burger, but I have had many burgers from dine-in restaurants that are larger than the ones they make here. As far as taste, it was good but nothing I would get again. If you are looking for a life-changing burger, this is not it. Fries are medium cut and taste pretty decent but like the burger they are nothing worth...

Made plans to have lunch with my bestie and she chose Jenny’s, our local🍔 institution. I drive by this iconic establishment at least twice a day and definitely need to stop more. Their service was impeccable and watching the staff of four work together was like art in motion. The cheeseburgers are large, full of flavor and well worth the price. The fries 🍟 plentiful and the shakes are out of this world. My last review they talked about getting what you pay for and at Jennys you can get a burger for under $10.00 that crushes many more expensive burgers. This restaurant is amazing AND they care about what they serve so get out and see them today. They’ve got a great view of The Pudding Creek Trestle too 😉. #onlyinfortbragg #eatlocal #insomnia #thepuddingcreektrestle #lunchbreak #hamburger #iconic #leftyeats🌹#yum Visit Fort Bragg, California Only in Fort Bragg

So happy this place was open late! And open on Labor Day! We tried going to several other restaurants at 7:30pm but they were either full or closing soon - what a bummer! We were left with Jenny's or Denny's (haha)... and since we were vacationing in California for the first time, we wanted something unique and local. Jenny's it was! What a fun experience. Pull up and order at a window, then wait for your number to be called and pick up at another window. Service was fast! Husband and I both got the giant cheese burger with fries and took it back to our hotel (plenty of outdoor seating there but we were a little cold). First bite into those burgers and we both said MMMMMM!!! Great flavor!!! My husband wished he had gotten the double! Large portions, so many fries and they were great, too! Excellent and fun addition to our California experience!
