Ku Cha in Old Town Fort Collins offers a wonderful tea shop experience. With so many teas to choose from it’s really nice to take the time to look at and smell as many as you want to without needing the help from staff. They make this possible by putting a sample of each tea in a little jar that customers can investigate for themselves. There are always at least 2 types of tea already brewed and available to sample and they also sell tea by the cup in case you want to try before committing to a package of loose leaf. The staff is very helpful when asked for guidance and the store is organized in a way that makes it easy to find what you’re looking for. Ingredient labels are easy to read, which we really appreciate. Imperial Black tea is my fave for the mornings and Rooibus Cinnamon is great for cold days and evenings when we want tea without caffeine. There are so many more too, we try something new when ever we can. For the adventurous, you can even make your own blends using their tea ingredients. We love...

This Sunday I went there for a well deserved boba only to find out the boba was stale --- mushy outside, hard inside and not chewy... I don't mind spending $10 dollar for a good tea with boba, but no joking, boba at this low level of quality will get on news in Asian countries. Kucha also stoped providing wifi to customers so you can't bring laptop to have tea here unless you hijack wifi from nearby shops... The little cute booth inside is also closed to customers so there's no more cute little place to treat friends with tea. With all these, I lost all my reasons to visit the...
Read moreThe employees here are the absolute worst and have been for years. I used to just go in a few times a year, have someone be incredibly rude to me, get my tea, and leave. But I can't do it anymore. I went in the other day and 3 people were behind the counter. 1 was friendly and greeted me and the others were surfing their phones, stopping to look up at me with a look of disgust, contempt, and hatred, and then looking back down to keep scrolling with a scowl on their faces. I don't even need to be pampered. Just be neutral and offer baseline customer service. There are a few great tea places in town. Seriously, go to the...
