Have been here a couple times. Each time it seems to get worse. This will most likely be the last attempt. Soon after we were sat, the table behind us was raising a complaint with the waiter that her pho broth was not hot and that the meat was not cooked. The server said she would talk to the cooks. Soon returned, told the table that they were wrong and the meat was cooked but the kitchen would take it out and cook it on the cooktop. The table hesitantly agreed, but asked for fresh broth. The waitress humpf'ed and took the bowl to the kitchen. We asked the waitress what the difference was between the house egg rolls and the pork egg rolls. She told us they were the same. We asked why the 2 dollolar difference in price, she said there was not much difference. We ordered an appetizer of egg rolls (the cheaper ones, being as they were the same), two cups of soup, and our entree's. The soup came out fast as was good. The egg rolls came out, were dropped on the table, and the waitress was gone. We picked them up to eat, and noticed that the pork inside was pink and did not appear to be cooked. Our entree's quickly arrived, with no time to eat the appetizer even had it been edible. We told the waitress we were concerned that the pork was raw. She told us they were cooked. We disagreed. She said she would talk to the manager and retreated to the kitchen. She returned and said the manager said they were cooked. Not sure how the manager could be sure of such a thing, as the egg rolls never left the table for her to see. We told her we still disagreed, and would prefer them removed from our ticket. She humpf'ed, and took them away. We started to eat our entree's to discover in the first bite, that the vegetables we're barely cooked. Raw zucchini. Raw celery. Raw peppers. We picked around them and ate what was cooked. The amount of chicken in my dish was dismal and was finished in a few bites. Overall, a very disappointing experience, and probably representative of why there were so few people in the restaurant. Do...

Read moreIn the evenings, this business focuses more on to-go orders than the people who are dinning in-house. A cold dinner arrived after several visits by the waiter who clearly overlooked my empty glass several times and said nothing with regard to offering me a refill. Eventually I asked about the 45+ minute wait and was told they were working on a large to-go order. I then asked if I could at least have a drink refill. The response was that they were out of soda (my guess was, they just didnt want to take the time to change the tank). Eight to nine delivery people picked up outgoing orders when I was there, while many tables in the restuarant went ignored. Many aggrevated people tonight, including me....several others, got up from their tables after an excessive wait and said that they would not be back (restaurant wasnt even full). I always thought a good business sense is to take care of the guy at the counter first, not the one the phone? I still dont understand why the section waiter was working so hard on delivery orders - the delivery drivers get the tips?? Don't eat here for dinner on a weekend. Apparently if you want food from here, the delivery service trumps actually going inside (even though delivery was an hour...
