We arrived at the restaurant at about 3:30 and instead of lunch price we had to pay dinner price up front. Gave the “waitress” a $7 tip as well before even being seated. I had a cup of wonton soup, I was feeling uneasy about the cup though because the first one I pulled from the “clean” dish tray was filthy. It looked as if it was just put there because there was still food inside. When I gave it to the waitress all she had to say about it was “oh” and grabbed it from my hand. After that, I had very little appetite so all I ate was a couple cream cheese wontons, some noodles with a small portion of sesame chicken and 4 chicken wing things. I honestly didn’t eat a full meal. So I went to see if they had a wrapper baggie to put the remainder of my cream cheese wontons, which there were 4, and 2 Chinese donuts in. One of the waitresses was on me immediately asking if I need a to go menu. Very rudely I might add. I politely told her no thank you and asked for more napkins. From that moment forward I was being watched like a thief. I proceeded to wrap the 5 wontons and 2 small donuts into the napkin and put my purse to take home because they would’ve been throw away anyways. As we were leaving I was stopped at the front desk and asked to pay for the wontons and donuts as she shoved the to go menu in my face saying I saw you take those. I again politely said I wasn’t ordering anything to go. Granted it is a buffet but I was not taking a full plate of food. I didn’t want to waste the very small amount of food I had remaining and it fit into my small purse I might add. So I took the 5 small food items from my purse, which I am sure that I had already paid for and left a hefty size tip of $7. This was on a $32 bill which was well over a 20% tip just to be treated like a thief. I removed the items from my purse left them on the counter bunched up in the napkin and told her to go ahead and waste the food instead of letting me finish the dinner and put it in the garbage. She told me that a man had came in and loaded up six plates and proceeded to tell them he was full ad wanted a box to take the rest home. Yes, that is ridiculous and I can see why they wouldn’t allow him to take the food with him, but 4 little cream cheese wontons and 2 small Chinese donuts is extremely less than 6 mounded plates of food.
So, if you like to pay for your meal up front and give the “waitress”, (that’s what the call themselves), a tip before you’ve had any service from one of them only to be treated like a thief and watched like a hawk while eating the horrible food o the buffet then this is the place for you.
SO TO SUM UP MY EXPERIENCE AT THIS RESTAURANT AND GIVE IT A RATING. MY RATING IS -10*
FOOD 2* —— due to being there lunch food at dinner prices and poor quality SERVICE -15* —— Charging dinner prices for their lunch menu items and putting a sign right at the cash register with percentages of what the think they are entitled to as a tip. Watching over their customers as if we were all criminals in the cafeteria at a prison. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! ATMOSTPHERE - 0* —— Dishes were not clean at the stations were they were supposed to be providing clean dishes for your meal.
I WILL NEVER BE STEPPING FOOT INSIDE THE ESTABLISHMENT EVER AGAIN! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO FAMILY OR FRIENDS OR TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC.
I understand there are certain extreme circumstances where they shouldn’t allow customers to take the food home that they loaded up on plates knowing they wouldn’t be eating it in the restaurant, but taking home a few cream cheese wontons and a couple of donuts is not anything like one of those extreme circumstances.

Read moreAbsolute worst Buffet I have ever ate. It literally took me 2 hours almost from the rest area near there on I-94 east to find a Chinese Buffet place. And after Google running me around traffic making it very difficult to maneuver when I finally get there and figure out where it's at which was inside of a strip mall near Buffalo Wild Wings everything was ridiculously nasty. Buffet food is not supposed to be cold. The one thing that it definitely needs to be is hot! Lettuce should never be 65 hand off of the type of lettuce in huge pieces and thrown in there like they didn't care whether you like it or not. My opinion is should always be shredded if it's going to be cheap iceberg lettuce never mostly White or white and spotted Brown large pieces. So that you have to break it apart with your hand into pieces while you're standing there that are edible. And then they have nothing to put on top of it. It's either ranch or French that's it for the toppings. Cheese croutons and one other item that I can't remember cuz I don't eat that. No General Tso's that's one of the main food choices always makes for a I wish I went somewhere else experienced right off the bat. Sweet no flavor crab rangoons yucky. I'm a big guy and there was no reason for me to go get another plate. Other than I was still starving and I needed to choose something because I was hungry. And I had to pay for this at some point. I would say Drive 50 more miles if you needed to go somewhere else other than here. Cuz I watched the people around me as a disappointment on their face also. That let me know I'd...
Read moreI gave them a two because the "coffee flavored" cake and chocolate pudding were very good. Good flavor and no "chemical" taste. The waitresses were also nice and attentive. However, the food has declined in quality. I went there at 11:30 a.m. so that I would get fresh food. Not the case. I believe that many of the dishes had "yesterday's food" mixed in. The vegetables had some that were vibrant in colr and others that were gray looking. I would not even touch the shrimp, since it looked old and had so many black and gray spots that it was unappealing. The boiled eggs were good too. However, the skewered meat was cold and dry. Most foods were not hot, just lukewarm. There were no green beans, I was told that they were out of them. You need a new manager to order food if you are running out of items. Also, no salt and pepper shrimp for lunch anymore, only dinner. Matter of fact, there were no shrimp entrees at all. Very disappointed. Not worth the money. I...
