A Stellar Culinary Experience at Baires Grill Las Olas
My recent visit to Baires Grill Las Olas was nothing short of a delightful culinary adventure.
From the moment we entered the establishment, the service was impeccable. The host greeted us warmly, setting the tone for an evening filled with cordiality and attentiveness that is truly the hallmark of this restaurant. Each member of the staff, from the servers to the managers, demonstrated an impressive commitment to providing a superb dining experience.
Our server Juan deserves a special mention for his remarkable service. His knowledge of the menu was exemplary, and his attentive nature made our dining experience even more enjoyable. He was genuinely caring and took the time to ensure our needs were not just met, but exceeded.
The menu at Baires Grill Las Olas is brimming with tantalizing options, and the medium-rare steak we had was an absolute culinary masterpiece. Prepared to perfection, it was a testament to the chef's remarkable skill and craftsmanship.
The ravioli, adorned with a delectable sauce and perfectly cooked dough, was another highlight of our meal. However, there was room for improvement with the salmon dish. It leaned towards being slightly dry, and the accompanying potatoes tasted somewhat stale.
The dessert course was a sweet finish to our meal. Fresh and delicious, it exemplified the restaurant's commitment to quality and taste.
The design and décor of Baires Grill Las Olas add to its charm. The interior and exterior spaces are carefully conceived with modern, comfortable furnishings that create a relaxing atmosphere, enhancing the overall dining experience.
In conclusion, Baires Grill Las Olas offers a unique blend of delectable food, exceptional service, and a comforting ambiance. Despite a minor hiccup with the salmon dish, our overall experience was indeed amazing, largely thanks to the diligent service provided by Juan and the entire team. We wholeheartedly recommend this...
Read moreAs an argentinian, living in miami for years . I love baires . But this location was the worst one I been too. Overall quality and experience. I wanted to order a pink rose sparkling wine they didn't have by the glass.. so I settled for the prosecco . It was the worst prosecco I had. So I asked about getting a different one and they said they don't have by the glass. So I decided to get a bottle of the pink rose bottle. $50 for myself, but I was only going to have 1 or 2 glasses and take the rest home. I asked if they can put a corch on it once opened so the bubbles wouldn't go flat.. the manager said he didn't have any only when I take it home he can put a regular corch but won't hold bubbles. The first glass of prosecco I did not finish because the taste was horrible. I mentioned to the server but was charged anyways and had 0 concern or compassion or anything . I got the bottle and liked it better. But did not drink more then 2 glasses. My rose got a bit flat from standing open air and wanting it to last till i go home. Anyways the flank steak was $30 the worst steak I had at any argentinian restaurant. Extremely chewy and just overall not good quality. Did not finish it and usually I can eat a 12oz steak by myself . Honestly I had a better one at a bakery yesterday near by for half the price. The server was nice but very rushed . I felt that this place was empty at the time I came . 630pm on a sunday.. expected more attention to detail. Spend over $100 , Overall the best location is sunny isles or surfside in my experience. For food , drinks and overall service. Will not be...
Read moreThe place exudes a very cool vibe. The décor is upscale and sophisticated. The bar and wait staff are friendly and more importantly competent. We arrived early for a 7:30 reservation and sat at the bar for a cocktail while we waited for friends with whom we were dining. The drink menu offered some craft cocktails even if not very unique. I opted for my standard Grey Goose martini. It was expertly prepared and served in a chilled glass as it should be. When our friends arrived we dined outside on the patio. It was a typically humid South Florida evening, but there were cooling fans placed around the patio making it comfortable enough to eat al fresco. Baires Grill is the area's sixth restaurant from a Buenos Aires based restaurant group. While steaks are usually the menu choice for an Argentinian restaurant we all opted for something different. Started out with a couple of appetizers. The fried provolone with chorizo and the beef carpaccio were outstanding - highly recommended. The spaghetti Bolognese was also outstanding. Sauce was made with a combination of veal, beef, and pork and was slightly sweet. Wife had chicken breast Milanese served on a bed of arugula with sweet cherry tomatoes. Again, the meal was excellent. With a couple of rounds of drinks, 2 appetizers, and four less expensive entrées, the bill came to under $300 including tip. All in all, the restaurant is classy, has great service, excellent food, at a reasonable price. This place is well worth trip. Suggest reservations as Baires will become...
