This repair shop is amazing. The manager, Yovany, is professional, welcoming, kind and very competent. I had an issue with a prepaid phone that prohibited me from using it as it audibly announced every function I attempted! I called 2 different local repair shops and neither of them offered the ability or interest in repairing the phone. When I phoned this store Yovany promptly told me to come in and he would be able to fix it. He did just that! Amazing customer service and product knowledge, Always a pleasure doing business with Gio and his techs, I have been coming here for Atlease 7 years and have always been taken cared of. As a solo, new tourist in Los Olas Fort Lauderdale area experiencing big technical difficulties with my Iphone , I entered the Computer and Cell Phone store where I met the Owner Gio.

Gio helped graciously and courteously as he returned my Iphone to normal functionality diagnosing the technical problem within minutes.

I asked him how much would he like for his service, he replied I don’t charge any amount for a little help.
