Ebar Club 13 — Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale

I wish I had a better experience here at the end of a night having fun with friends. The pizza could have been mediocre and gotten a great review. Unfortunately, I never had the opportunity to taste the food here. I paid for 2slices ($15apprx) and never received anything at all. The employee was extremely rude when she tried to charge me for 2 regular slices when I paid for 1 pepperoni and 1 regular…when i asked her the cost in the difference, she told me $.50…I said that not true, which it wasn’t, and then she got an attitude with me and told me that I couldn’t have any pizza. I told her to void the transaction and she said she would…. The she printed out my original receipt -!: gave it to me…when I questioned her about it and why it doesn’t say void, she became irate and started yelling at me. At this point I decided to call the police Mon-emergency number to avoid any additional issues since I don’t believe she’d actually refund me.

All in all, I had a terrible experience here. I wanted to speak to a manager and the girl told me she was a manager…the 10 mins later, another woman comes and tells me she’s a manager and to trust that I’ll get a refund. At this point all trust had been lost and o preferred to deal with the police.

My experience was atrocious. I hope the owner does what’s right and reaches out to me so I can explain my terrible experience. As of now, I’d recommend...

There was a guy who passed out on their storefront. The police came (after 10 minutes) and used smelling salts on the guy who eventually was able to wake up and stay at the table by the “bar”. He seemed like he was still struggling and not doing great so I asked the staff if I could get some tap water. They were very rude and stated that they didn’t have any tap water and only had bottled water. I said for the safety of the guy, I would buy a water. After stating that, they said I had to buy a minimum of two waters. This is such a lack of human decency and awareness that it had to be brought to attention. I asked the same questions to the bar manager and I got the same results. Normally I do not leave reviews, but the outrageous lack for human life made me leave this review. It’s outrageous that the bar wouldn’t let me get 1 tap water, or 1 paid bottle of water to a guy who was passed out and revived by the police. I’m from the Caribbean and the minute I heard the music this spot was my type of thing. But firstly as I’m writing this review for anyone who’s going here always check the price, and let the bartenders know you KNOW the prices. Fast forward. They was having a special 8 shots for $10 we bought 2 we was charge $26 I left it alone because I was already having fun. We wanted to purchase a bottle we ask about the Malibu she told us $130 I never went anywhere and paid that. So I didn’t got it. The hoohak was $45 (over charge again) everything about this bar is a scam & over charge. Malibu & cranberry $17 Jose Cuervo shot $17. I had ask to ask how can the mix drink and shot be the exact same price. I sent them a dm on instagram but guess what the bartender/manager who’s doing the scamming aka (Chanel) is running the page. I never have an issue paying any price anywhere. But don’t keep over charging me. Then when I contact management it’s nothing to be done. 0/10.
