Updating my review and taking away the 5 stars I originally gave a few years ago until I speak with an actual manager regarding my refund for a undercooked burger I was just served yesterday. it's wasn't completely raw but raw enough I wouldn't eat it. I ordered a cheeseburger and when I came in patties were on the grill and I'm assuming he didn't drop enough so he drops more they make my sandwich I'm out in less than 5 mins. 1 patty completely cooked 1 patty pink inside in the middle still raw meat. Disgusting. I called and asked to speak with a manager and spoke with a spanish speaking gentleman that just insisted on speaking over me instead of listening to what my issue was. I was already at work atp and wasted money and had food I wasn't going to eat now. He then told me I had to wait for a refund for the manager In the morning. Atp I'm confused because I thought I was speaking to the manager. I call the next day to see if the actual manager is in so I can discuss my refund and issue from the day before and the woman advised a manager wouldn't be in until 430 so I ask her to leave a message for the manager to call me back. Before getting off the phone she then says oh I have another manager here if you want to speak to her and puts a woman on the phone who can't help me because she wasn't a manager she a shift leader. What issues are your employees trying to hide that they are transferring me around purposely avoiding the actual manager to resolve my issues. OR is there even an actual manager at this location? Atp I'm very upset I want my money back I have pictured of the raw burger served to me as well for proof and would please just like a refund for an item I didnt eat it shouldn't be this hard and stressful. A few years ago when kissie was the manager the place was perfect now you get raw patties mediocre service and DULL LIMP FRIES!!!! I've left 2 messages recipet numbers and info and I'm still waiting on a return call and refund. Please address ownership or management if you see...

Read moreGenerally I like this place. However, yesterday, something happened that will make me think twice about going to this store. I tried ordering via their app on the way there (love using the app to see all the options at my leisure) but wouldn't accept the order. OK, it was a few minutes before the app says they opened (app said 11:30, but the door says 11). Fine, system to fail from time to time. Once I got to the store went to place my order and was told their system was down and they didn't know how to take an order. They then figured out they can book a cash order and I happened to have cash on me. The system was unable to print the kitchen order, so they called it out to the cook, no problem. However, what really bothered me was while I was eating, they locked the doors only allowing customers in once told cash only. Isn't that a major fire code violation? Aren't doors to remain unlocked during business hours, especially with customers in the store? Fortunately, they had thumb locks on the inside and I was able to leave without having to call staff to the door, but in an emergency, I can see customers panicking and the results could be disastrous. Corporate/Region should update their training to protect...
