A little hard to find the 1st time. The entrance is on the back side of Courtyard Marriott. Parking is tricky, but you can usually find a (tight) spot in the hotel garage across the driveway/alley. *

Been three several times now. Fun innovative flavors, as well as good traditional choices for bubble tea. They have the best brown sugar boba I have had in a long time! Their choices can be overwhelming, especially if you're new to bubble tea. They have posters & signs with new flavors or specials to try. I recommend downloading the app so you can check out the menu & flavor combinations ahead of time, plus get rewards. (It's annoying that you can only get rewards with the app, cuz it often logs you out or freezes.)

Been here a few times. Always yummy and the boba is good quality! Our visit yesterday left a bad taste in my mouth though. The girl on the register was sick and coughing into her hand. Directly after, she used that same hand to touching the entire top lid of my cup and my boyfriend’s after they were made before handing them to me. She was playing around with them, and it was not necessary. She was also just making other people’s drinks without washing her hands in between. All bubble tea is not created equal - trust me. There is a difference in quality, and Kung Fu is among the best. It's a global chain, and they manage great quality control. The classic milk tea is the perfect balance of sweetness, and an added bonus is the variety of toppings - including their delicious brown sugar boba.

It's a little pricey, but in my opinion, worth it for a treat. Tip: this location validates for free parking in the garage right across from the Courtyard...
