Mainland Bar At Marina Village — Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale

Finally made it to the New Marina Village “Mainland Bar” to enjoy a beautiful, sunny Saturday afternoon and watch the Ohio St vs Indiana football game. Unfortunately our excitement turned to disappointment very quickly. Including us, there were about a dozen people sitting at the bar so it was definitely not busy. The staff had difficulty operating the TV’s as their channel options are very limited but luckily could finally get ABC & Fox. The drink service was horrible, bartenders were disorganized, they were out of grapefruit juice, out of cocktail napkins (no napkins of any sort - not even paper towels), no drink straws and very limited on alcohol brands. The female bartender was complaining that the bar hadn’t been stocked before she arrived and apparently there was no additional supplies available. It took forever to get a first drink (which was a third choice) and after we finished those, we sat there with empty glasses for an extremely long time and finally lost interest, tabbed out and went elsewhere. It’s a beautiful new outdoor area and the atmosphere is great but sadly won’t be returning anytime soon as there are so many other options that provide much better service. Literally the worst service and experience I’ve had at any bar...

Let me start off by saying how insane this project and lay out is. How amazing is it to have something like this off the beach of Fort Lauderdale. Marina village has managed to make this promenade a family friendly, day time AND night life attraction. Even offering different varieties of food. Mainland has been my favorite bar so far. The uniforms are tasteful and appealing for the beach bar. The drink menu is nothing short of fabulous—each cocktail is a masterpiece! I’ve tried everything from their signature tropical mojitos to the refreshing piña coladas, and each sip transports me to paradise. The bartenders truly know their craft; they mix the perfect balance of flavors and are always ready to whip up something special if you’re feeling adventurous. And let’s not forget the live music and 2 for 1 happy hour during the week. The live bands and acoustic sets create an amazing backdrop for the perfect beach vibe. If you’re looking for a spot where you can enjoy delicious drinks, great music, and a fantastic social atmosphere, look no further than this beach bar. I can’t wait for my next visit—cheers to good times and unforgettable...

Overpriced, poor service , tasteless… I went to this bar to enjoy the views and drink some cocktails, however the drinks are overpriced, how can it be a Cadillac Margarita for $ 36 , and the tequila was not Don Julio 70 nor even casaamigos, more over I also got a Mojito, totally tasteless, just lemon… , on the other hand the service was not the best, we should wait until the bartender look at us after many times we asked for something and the bar was almost empty, They were just chatting between them. My opinion… I will not comeback, not...
