McDonald's — Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale

What a disaster this restaurant is if you must go in to order. I ordered several things and asked what I had ordered to make sure the worker had the order right. She had no clue what I was ordering and stood there in a complete daze over her face. Some other guy came over and tried to understand me better and they still screwed up our order. The worst part was that the 3 employees that were dealing with the front stood around unaware of where they were working. They were so rude that I absolutely couldn't believe it. They still hadn't gotten a order together of a Quarter pounder with no pickles regular meal, a filet of fish and a extra large fry. Total disaster. The customer behind me couldn't believe it. I will absolutely never go to this restaurant again. Been going there for years and won't ever set foot in this place again. Totally need training and basic English skills to understand what people are ordering. They were speaking Creole and French behind the counter and to me. Big...

The manager working right now With very short buzz cut blonde hair and the young guy she has working with her are both doing the worst job ever! They had me go back through the line twice to pick up food. Told me wait to wait in a parking spot and that they would bring me my food and I watch them serve 12 other people in the drive-through without bringing me mine. Then when I got on foot to ask what was going on and they told me I had to come back around again. Still with 15 cars in the drive-through. Luckily I was able to tell the guy in the car at the window to please ask for my food for me like it was his and he did so I was able to get it. But both of these people should be fired! I will never pick up food from this location ever again in my life.

Also I forgot to mention the very short haired buzz cut manager working tonight was so incoherent I don’t know what she’s on but she’s on something and shouldn’t be...

Customer service is a lost art..I ordered chk tendered and a 20p. Nugget.manger who took my order who was nice asked what sauces.i said 1 of each he made it 2 of each for the tenders also.anyhow 4 young girls at the service line talking way to loud saying what's these sauces go to.manger tells them and there replies "why you giving that many,really all those sauces".for one I'm standing right there listening..one girls on her phone prior to that she runs out because she threw up apparently but was fine and laughing fine.wen order was up I was missing 20p nugget.told one of the girls again all 4 huddled almost confused.3m later one says I need 2/10p nuggets.i asked to speak to manager and the other tells me he will be right up which he never came.by worse service next to the 3 others.the ONLY one that has best service food is fresh is the one near the Hard Rock casino.by far the best.they need to school some of...
