Naked Farmer — Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale

So I wanted to start off by saying I absolutely love the food here. I always enjoy the charred chicken thighs , kale cesar , and the wonnnnderrfulll green beans (the Mac and cheese is also to die for). I usually go once or twice a week in the morning MINIMUM (so nice to pick up a plate a couple hours before the gym) but like to kind of keep to myself cause I see they are quite busy most times and I try my best not to be that customer holding up the line for too long haha. I have had the pleasure of chit chatting with a wonderful girl named Stephanie (I believe is how her name was spelled) and she is always such a doll. I prefer coming in when I see her honestly because it’s not always the same energy from the other employees which is really where my 4 star on service and 2 star on atmosphere comes in. For example, I went in yesterday in the evening excited to show a few of my family members who are visiting from out of town one of my favored spots. And was honestly a bit disappointed and dare I say even a bit embarrassed because my family even pointed out how overworked the nice (and looked to be a very young) young lady chef in the back was. It doesn’t take too much to be able to see that maybe a couple other employees could get together and help the work flow a bit better. I’m not sure who we saw sitting in the dining area? But looked to be possibly a manager ? Just relaxing while it was very obvious the good chef in the back could have used a couple extra hands. I’m not even one to leave such lengthy reviews but given that my family and I have history in the restaurant industry and have owned restaurants ourselves I can’t help but feel for that sweet girl who was sweating bullets in the back. I want to keep feeling good coming in, I really do enjoy when I see everyone working together and putting in that team effort I know the restaurant industry thrives on. From the very first time I started going to Naked Farmer, LeeAnn has always made the experience enjoyable. I don’t know if she’s officially a manager, but you can tell she takes pride in her job and runs this location with care and energy. The whole location feels brighter and more welcoming because of her energy. The feeling I get when she calls me one of the VIPs can’t lie, it’s such a great feeling. My goal is to eat healthy, but she makes it feel like taking it to another level, making me even more confident and excited about my choices. It’s that little extra care that makes each visit special. She’s honestly the main reason I drive out of my way to come to this location instead of others. I truly think she deserves her own location. She has the leadership, personality, and passion to make it thrive. I found this place one an hour away.I drove all the way to eat this healthy food.When I arrived they made me to start to think to move here. Super friendly,helpful,HAPPY TEAM…I bought for myself and love it.I bought 3 more bowl ti bring my friends who live in Hollywood. Honestly I am super obsessed with the food here. I cook everyday and not eat out side but this place changed all my tabu. I wanna be here everyday.
