I was looking for a private chef online for my friend's surprise birthday celebration and stumbled upon Epicureans of Florida...the name alone stood out to me. As such, I ventured to the website. It was exquisite, detailed, and the layout of the site was professional. I was impressed and so I decided to call the company. I was greeted by Chef Thierry. He was very responsive to my questions, extremely polite, and supplied me with sample pictures of his fantastic dishes with quote, set up time info, etc.

After little contemplation, I decided to book Epicureans and Chef Thierry. He was punctual and communicated with me every step of the way. He was extremely careful considering it was a birthday surprise and made sure it was planned and coordinated without a hitch. The food was mouth watering and flavorful. The presentation was beyond spectacular. It was so much food, that I wish I could have saved some to take home.

When he was done, he cleaned the kitchen area spotless. Let me not forget to mention that he was also very pleasant and charming to interact with in person. What a gem. In the future, when I plan an event requiring a private chef, I will undoubtedly book Chef Thierry from Epicureans of Florida. Hands down...the best in South Florida!!!
