This is the first review i have ever written in my entire life. This place use to be amazing, my girlfriend & I and her best friend work down the street and use to come here at least once a week. Our favorite dish that we always got was the whole snapper. Recently it changed owners, we didn't know until we got there but because it was late and it’s one of our favorite spots we decided to give it a shot. Bad idea! Our server didn’t know the answer to anything, very basic questions. The one question she did answer was when I asked if the whole snapper fish is the same fish from before, she responded Yes, that everything is the same it's just a different ownership. After sitting there for almost 30 minutes the server came back and asked if it was okay that the fish was $45, we had thought it would already almost be done being “cooked”. When it came out we were all shocked. When I say they brought a fish skeleton with 5 small dry pieces of fish around the bones im not exaggerating. It clearly was not the same fish or anything close to it. We instantly got the servers attention and she brought out the owner. The owner was extremely rude she took it off the table and said that they don't have a way to bring a whole snapper out and that it comes “filleted” , we decided because of the time it was and the fact that we were already there we would stay, we asked for more sauce so it wouldn't be as dry which didn't help much. The fish tasted frozen the portions were not worth the price at all & all of our appetizers also tasted frozen. Nothing was fresh even though they might claim it is. Here is the worst part, before we left my girlfriend went to the bathroom and overheard the owner and staff talking about us calling us complainers, after that the total that came out to $169 was charged to my card twice, which im pretty sure was done on purpose because we complained. I have already gone to my bank to get this disputed. Me & my girlfriend go out to eat alot and have no problem spending money on good food but this is not the place for that. Horrible food horrible service. One of our favorite spots turned into a place we will never step foot in again. We asked where the old owners went and she told us that they opened up a restaurant called Kan’s Thai Kitchen and that we should go there instead so I wanted to recommend it to all of you! If you want some real Thai food that taste much better than this place go there, its not to far from here! Hope...
