I'll start with minor issues: 90% of all cuban restaurants bring you the food to your table when you Dine in. This seems to not be the case here so its a somewhat minor service issue, it would not be a big deal if the food was great.
I tried 2 items and a drink.
Here are the issues: The first item: A churrasco was horrible I simply could not eat the meat. I have never had this issue with this meat in other cuban restaurants. At least the rice and beans were good however the meat which most of the price came from, I could not eat.
The second item: steak sandwich was alright, maybe a 3/5, I could actually eat this.
Now for the drink or more specifically the fountain drinks: There's something seriously wrong with the flavor, and I know its not just a specific drink. I tried 2 different ones and both had something really off about them. I felt like I would be sick if I drank too much of it. Luckily no food poisoning so far but yes I would not recommend anyone to drink them, its simply the worst soda machine Ive ever had the displeasure of experiencing.
Churrasco : 0/5 (couldn't take 3 bites before I had to stop)
Steak Sandwich and fries: 3/5 (I could actually enjoy something)
Drink: 1/5 (at least I'm not sick yet)
Service: 2/5 (The ladies taking the orders were fine and nice, However its not normal to have to go pick up the food. This isn't fast food, its restaurant pricing and dining. I expect a little effort. Doesn't help they forgot part of the order so I had to go to the front and remind them.)
Atmosphere 4/5: The building from the outside simply looks unappealing and because of this I have to lower one star in this category, however its actually quite cozy and clean inside. If there's one thing to enjoy about the place its this because the food sure wont make you any happier if you had the same...
Read moreGenerous portions, quality ingredients, flavor favor! Multi culture family restaurant. Unassuming outside, pleasant surprise inside. Live music on Saturday nights. Prices a little high but average for the area. Great lunch deals end @ 4pm. Substituted fried yucca instead of boring french fries . Also did same with black beans. Really enjoyed that decision. Must ask to try the Ari Verde sauce! Please note this is NOT fast food joint. It's an experience meant to be shared with family, friends or colleagues who want to sit back and have a conversation in a relaxing atmosphere. Come inside from the heat & cool down, chill out and please your taste buds with their large selection of dishes. Stay awhile sipping authentic Cuban/Columbian coffee and treat yourself with desert. I was so impressed with 1st visit... I had to go back and introduce a friend to this fine establishment the very next day! Completely satisfied with our 2nd occasion. After so many cookie cutter places that only offer average food, ridiculous hype & expensive prices for low quality with bad attitude, sloppy service all too common nowadays...it was a joy to discover a restaurant that cares about the product they put out & professional friendly hospitality they provide. Highly recommended you take family or group to explore the goodness they have to offer. Guarantee you will not leave disappointed. Enjoy đ Tamara M. (The future Mrs. Dalbora)...

We ordered an âAguilaâ beer which is a Colombian beer and they did not have any, ok⊠I ordered what I wanted from the manu and again, they did not have it, we ordered an empanada, which we waited for 20-25 minutes till I had to asked the waitress about the empanada, she clearly forgot to put in the order, she went to the kitchen and came back saying they did no have any empanadas, ok⊠so we just waited for the rest of the food. The bandeja paisa had good flavor, my churrasco had a good flavor as well, reason why I am giving 1 stars but the salad they served which is ONLY lettuce and tomate, the lettuce was not fresh at all, it looked black and old BUT this is not the bad yet, We ordered a mac and cheese with grilled chicken for my daughter, I especially asked the waitress if the mac and cheese was homemade and fresh and she said yes, when we got the plate the mac and cheese looked.. just not something you want to eat but I thought well, maybe the flavor is good so I started giving some to my daughter, and then I saw a HAIR a HAIR in the pastađ€ź. BEANS RESTAURANT: GUYS, YOU NEED TO IMPROVE YOUR WAITER/WAITRESS SERVICE, AND MOST OF ALL YOUR...
