Steps of Service People, Steps – of – Service. This location is beautiful, menu strong, staff pleasant. Now my 4th visit here and this was the 2nd time that I had a negative experience
Staff members missing marks on drink order execution, ticket times and overall sense of urgency. . Today I was completely skipped in drink order for no reason. I ordered before another customer and they got their drinks before I did and was waiting for mine. I needed to get back to work since I was on my lunch break. I didn't want to make a scene and never want to write negative reviews about places but that was just unnecessary since I was standing right there waiting.
Seed & Bean owners; competition is stiff having a product offering in center downtown. Last visit staff member discussing a cbd tincture, whom needs sales training; She was very knowledgeable and helpful until it came down to my final purchase. I told her I only wanted to spend between $50-75 for a tincture, since CBD can be pricy. She kept suggesting an Organic CBD product that was over $150. I replied I don't want to spend that much right now. She said "well I can afford to buy the expensive one so that is why I can buy it". That was a pretty pretentious and rude answer especially since I am already going to purchase a product anyway, I just did not want to spend that much on a tiny tincture bottle of CBD. I purchased a $75 bottle but the experience left a very sour taste in mouth. Its just sad because I would have purchased the $150 bottle later to try it out but because she said that I won't be purchasing CBD from them in the future.
Love your products but that’s not everything. Team; you have a great footprint here but you need to up your service game to the busy demands and attentiveness of downtown; just because I am buying cbd coffee drinks doesn’t mean I want the barrista to be on island...
Read moreSo I thought I would give this place a try as the reviews looked good. Let's start with the service.
Was greated with a warm welcome and the server was super helpful in telling me about the menu.
The coffee, delicious! Server recommend a caffine free option called a chagacino, but said you could add a shot of espresso. (which I did). I would order it again as it had some great flavors.
The Food, so I got the breakfast sandwich. This you can customize, so I did sausage, cheddar and 2 eggs on a biscuit. (Biscuts are made in house) The biscut was light and tasted great. The eggs on the other had, to much oil was used. The sandwich itself was good, but I would probably take a different route next time as you could really taste the oil. I didn't eat the hashbrown, again, seemed really oily.
All In all the place has a great atmosphere, service was great and coffee was delicious. I will be trying other items on the menu. So be on the lookout for an...
Read moreI came here with my friend for the very first time and I love it. The prices are more mid range but, for locally sourced food, it's definitely worth it. The sandwich I got here was so flavorful and my friend told me her burrito was amazing too. I even bought their cbd muscle rub!! The people there is so kind and very knowledgeable about cbd. Definitely coming back again!!
Edit: came back again with a different friend. It looks like they hired many new people. They must have a new chef, the food didn't taste the same anymore. My friend got the fried pickles. My friend didn't mind waiting for it, but once we got it the breading was completely soggy. She end up throwing it away. I only got a sandwich and it was okay. The waitresses were lovely! But the...
