Honestly, I expected more. I am in town just for a few days and we love Chick-fil-a, so we decided to run through the drive-thru on the way to our hotel. Our order is a bit unique, but nothing too complicated and I've never had issues at any other CFA. We get easy ice and no ice in a couple drinks, then my son doesn't eat a couple of the fruits in the fruit cup, so we order it with only the ones he does eat.
Anyway, I had to repeat my order several times at the speaker, then when I got to the window, I had a question about the kids toy, if we could switch it out for a cookie, and the guy working turned to ask his manager saying in a very annoyed tone "We have ANOTHER thing with this order..." I don't feel like I was that much of an inconvenience and my order was not very challenging, and my question was very simple. The customer service was just very sub-par for a CFA restaurant. I expected more from a company who is known for their stellar customer service and their desire to please customers. It definitely left a bad taste in my mouth (figuratively of course).
Another thing is when we got to the hotel and opened up our food, my son's fruit cup had like 3 pieces of strawberries and maybe 4-5 blueberries. It was mostly empty. Read moreI got in Line about (10:15 am) I orderd a chicken egg & chees biscuit & a large unsweet tea got to the window the guy puts the card machine and the drink out the window at the same time. So I'm trying to pay (at 10:25) and receive the large drink with out dropping it at the same time through my truck window. I put the card in and got the drink then he gives me my card and receipt and says thank you have a good day so I drive of I get to around Lowe's and realized he did not give me my chicken egg & chees biscuit so I went back got back in line (at about 10:35) and told them what happened I was told they were no longer doing breakfast I said no I'm not ordering again I told her again that I did not get the food I ordered. She repeated we are no longer doing breakfast. I replied my food should be at the drive through window i was told again where not doing breakfast. So after refusing to give me what I had paid for I ask for a refund. They tried giving me a parchel refund I said no I need a total refund so I gave them back the tea and got a full refund. they said thank you have a good day again. But they can say that all they want they were still rude If y'all want to make it up to me I eat lunch about 2pm I'll gladly take what I orderd at that time it would be called doing the right thing. Read moreI say 4 stars only because breakfast wasn't great I got the egg white grill.the grilled chicken was extremely dry.the American cheese was melted all over the foil wrapper.I could of complained to management.but I'm one to give them the benefit of doubt.the 1st time I order a menu item.if the 2nd time I order the menu item.&it's prepared as previously was done.then I usually say something.the small fruit cup was good however.I went the day before for lunch.my market fresh salad was good.so I figured breakfast would of been.but it wasn't .not what I expected.I also got for lunch a peach milkshake.no whip cream no cherry.it was great!!!!!!!!loved it loved it.this is the1st.chick fil a I'd been to since the 1 in Gadsden mall.way back years ago.the staff were great friendly & very curiutous helpful.
