I’m normally not this type at all but I couldn’t believe the audacity.Waitress was very rude. We had a party of 6. 3 of us were already there and went inside to wait on the other 3. It took the other 3 about 15 minutes to get there the waitress approached our table 3 times and repeated is it going to be 6 ? Are you waiting on 3 or not ? Is it just going to be you 3 ? We answered her nicely several times after that we all ate and she insisted on keeping 20 dollars as a tip she literally said no change I keep ? To a 100 bill one person was paying the bill we all intended on leaving our own tips but we needed to go up front for change being we all only had large bills someone set the dollar they did have on the table and as two of us go to get change she yanks up this dollar and yells across the store this is all ? 1 dollar what’s wrong with you people I turned around and politely said I was going to get change but now yeah 1 dollar that’s it it was so embarrassing I am currently a server and have been for YEARS and any place I’ve ever been employed would fire someone on the spot when I called and ask to speak to an owner or manager about the problem they pretended they couldn’t understand me and were very rude told me to get over it they weren’t giving me a number. Me nor my family will ever be back. And I will share this experience with everyone and advice no one to eat there there staff is unfit and the food is NOTHING to brag about I ate a half a plate. HERE IS YOUR WARNING! We were passing through AL and ate here yesterday. I don't understand all the 4-star reviews because this place is anything but 4 stars. Did they have their friends write up a lot of these reviews? Wouldn't be surprised... Or, I guess some people just simply doesn't know what good food tastes like. Firstly, while waiting for a table, I noticed one of the female wait staff walking around chanting some type of Asian religious chant. How bizarre! I've been to numerous Chinese restaurants over the years and have never encountered something like this. With that and the shape of the restrooms, which were filthy and the entrance door about to fall off the hinges, my husband and I should have ran out the door before we even made it to the table. But we gave them the benefit of doubt. The place is dirty and disgusting, plus the food is not too good. The most decent thing we had there was the lo mein, broccoli salad, spinach, string beans and chicken-on-a-stick. I know taste is relative, but quality is not. (Can anyone make a decent spring roll anymore?? Don't cook the vegetables before it's fried or it's unidentifiable mush inside!) They seriously need to take lessons, in terms of cleanliness, friendliness and food preparation. My suggestion for others is to keep on trucking it to another food establishment that pays attention to...

I was on vacation with my kids and Mom when we decided no more hamburgers, we needed real food. So we found this place. Great food. Nice and clean. But rude waitresses who refused to keep their hands out of our faces....just like the one in GA. We were served the wrong drinks, were told we have issues...1 yr olds do not belong being served soda at 8 pm especially when we asked for water...do u think I want caffiene for a baby or to be treated so ugly. Talking about us in another language thinking we dont understand is not smart either....especially when we can speak that language as well. Same issue occurs in GA. Its not right. Treat yr customers right, they will treat you right. Demanding a tip after treating customers wrong is kinda a no go... Im not fixing to tip 2 waitresses who took food from my kids while they were trying to eat, kept bringing out wrong drinks, wouldnt stay out of my face, asked my kids for the tip (I have the money, not my kids.), called me bad names in Korean, got mad when I responded back and defended my family, etc... Nope. Sorry, your outta luck. Bad service does not deserve a tip. TIP: Learn some manners, treat yr customers with respect just like you yourself would want...
