Was quoted a plan for $100 a month. That's for phone and internet on auto pay. The day after signing contract. I got a text message saying they were deducting $120 from my account. So i called customer support and talked to someone overseas. I got a song and dance around the reason for the overcharge. Was told it would fall off after a couple of months. In other words i was lied to when i signed up for service. Even though i cancelled contract next day. T-Mobile neglected to remove autopay to close out my account. They tried 3 times to pull $120 from a bank account i was in process of closing out. Causing overdraft charges. Long story short is this. It has taken 2 months to settle this issue. The countless amount of times i went in store to settle the account. I overheard same issues from other customers overcharged just like me. I never got an apology or a good reason why they lied about bottom line price. I was called out for being rude. Truth hurts. Tmobile has sold out 🇺🇸 and scamming- skimming bank accounts. We had the pleasure of working with Leighton who went above and beyond for us! I really appreciate that all the prices he came up with were exactly spot on from the phones that we bought to our next bill that we received!! HUGE KUDOS for no surprises!! He helped us figure out some issues we had on our old phones before transferring everything to our new phones. And helped us find the right options that worked with us and our finances. He was patient and when he didn’t know something he wasn’t afraid to ask for help to find the answer!! I swapped from verizon to t mobile over a year ago and due to my account being a buinness account there were some complications with number porting and Jordan worked till he got it resolved. Then a few weeks ago i upgraded some of my devices and added lines. Once again we had issues with one of the lines to the point tech support was telling us I would probaly loose the number. I express to Jordan how long I had that number and it was my main business line. Jordan got Danielle the store manger involved and they worked for nearly 2 weeks on the problem working non stop until they were able to come up with a solution that fixed it and I was able to keep my number.
