Unsure where all the poor reviews are coming from, because we had a great experience here.
Went in with the intention to add a line and buy a new phone for my Dad and we were out within a little over an hour with everything we needed.
We walked in, started looking aroundâŚonly one associate was on the floor at the time but as soon as us and a couple more customers walked in they brought our more help. I was pleasantly surprised that they kept in mind who entered the store first, and we were greeted accordingly to who was âfirst in lineâ.
We had help from Corey, and he was AMAZING! I asked him right from the start if they were familiar with brining a phone number from TracPhone/StraightTalk to a regular Verizon plan..because everything online I read looked complicated. He said he was familiar, and he was right!
Corey explained everything so well, he was extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful.
Even while he was busy getting some stuff set up for me, he answered the store phone and very respectfully asked if they would be able to call back in 10 minutes so someone would be able to assist them, as everyone was busy with in-store clients.
This place was great! Donât let the reviews fool you!

After talking to customer support on the phone they insured that my phone was covered by the manufacturer warranty and that I could return the phone or go this store in ft payne to replace it. I went into the store and the older gentleman was very rude. I began telling him what was going on and he interrupted me saying that the issue was my fault and they wouldn't replace it. I tried to explain that I spoke to customer service where he said they tell people all this time you should take them up on the offer to mail it back. He never pulled my account up, he was just extremely rude and seemed to be trying to get me out of there. He didn't want to do his job.    Read moreGenerally pretty positive experience with this store. Today being a good example. Had new phone overheating when taking photos and doing basic web browsing, which the customer care rep on the phone said was totally abnormal and confirmed the temperature spikes with diagnostics on their end. So they sent me back to the store to get my unit exchanged for a properly functioning one.
They were courteous and polite today, and thoroughly evaluated my issue and concurred with what the customer care rep said on the phone and got my unit exchanged. And they let me stick around while my content from the overheating device transferred over to the replacement device, which so far under the same circumstances has done much better and not overheated.
