In my opinion, not only the best overall sports bar in town but also from Navarre - Miramar Beach! I am a Patron that has come in every Sunday for NFL Football since the 2021 season. I normally sit at the bar and frequently am taken care of by Dionna, Buffy & Kristen (K-Mart). They have 25-30 TV’s so there is always something for everyone. 30 Beers on tap with copious amounts of other options. The food is awesome as I’ve had nearly every item on the menu. My go to being the House Sampler which consist of Mozzarella Sticks, chicken nachos, 6 wings of your choosing, and onion rings that I normally substitute fries for! Specials: Tuesdays & Thursdays they do BOGO wings. I believe Traditional Tuesdays and Boneless Thursday. Service: Bar 5 Stars, Dining Room: 3 Stars. As much as I love this place, I can’t pretend it’s perfect as every time I don’t sit at the bar (if I come with a group) the service has been inconsistent. Especially between shift changes. We’ve been apologized too by multiple servers on different occasions with: “sorry I forgot about ya’ll”, two weeks in a row and of course the ones that just got busy/weeded and neglected to check in on us for 15-20 minutes without apologizing. Which is why I tend to sit at the bar if seats are open since I’ve never had bad service with the bartenders. I highly recommend arriving and ordering food 30 minutes before big games as the Kitchen has a tendency to crash (40+ min wait time for food) when everyone comes in at the same time and tries to order at the beginning of games which is understandable with a restaurant background. Please don’t yell at your waitress, it’s not her fault the kitchen is backed up :-)

We almost always go on Tuesdays for the discount on wings. Upon arrival, the waitress, with a horrible attitude, told us it had been a busy day and that our order would be delayed, to which we replied that it would be no problem. We ordered 10 wings for 20 (a special offer for that day) and fries on top, which she never brought because we ordered them with drinks. The waitress arrived and placed the food right on top of my baby, spilling sauce all over her face. My husband and I quickly cleaned it up, as it got on her face and eye. I was so angry because how could something like this happen, since she's so careless when serving food. I'm grateful that the sauce was cold. I can't imagine hot sauce hurting my daughter's face. I get so frustrated with these kinds of situations because, like what happened to us today, it can do the same to anyone. Besides seeing that she spilled the sauce on her, she offered us boxes to pack the food so we could leave. We didn't leave (why did they kick us out?). After what happened, she didn't even come back to the table. The food was cold. The truth is, we always went there; this kind of situation didn't happen. My baby is 8 months old, and it's not fair that she has to go through this because of the waitress's negligence.

Our waiter was Pixie and kudos to her making the place an enjoyable experience. Other than that, I have nothing good to say about the place. We were told to seat ourselves, no big deal. We found a high top over by the bar because tons of tables were closed and could not be sat at. We picked our drinks and Pixie got our drinks as fast as possible with the large volume of customers she was serving for one person. After getting our drinks, one of the drinks was filled with mint and tasted absolutely terrible. After brining it up to Pixie, she told us that they don't normally take drinks off of orders but she would see what she could do. Luckily she was able to get it off our tab because her manager was in a good mood which is ridiculous in my opinion. The drink that replaced the other was not very good either. I got a dr. Pepper which was flat and waiting on the food took so long for mediocre food. I think management should take a nice hard look at the establishment and reevaluate their current customer service relations before they find themselves with no customers in the future. 4 forks and 2 knives for 4 people...

Very poor customer service at the to-go counter. I placed an order over the phone for 10 boneless wings at 3:56pm and was told that it would be an hour to an hour and a half wait and they would call me when it was ready. I was more than happy to wait the long wait time and continued to placed my order. An hour and a half later I have yet to receive a phone call from this establishment. I had one missed phone call from Tampa, FL and there was no voicemail so I disregarded it as I get a lot of spam calls and we are not in Tampa. After waiting an hour and a half, I decided I was going to drive to the establishment and see if I could get an update on my order. Once I arrived, the woman at the counter argued with me that she indeed did call me but I didn't answer. I hadn't even told her my name yet only that I was wondering if my order was ready since I hadn't received a phone but she seemed to know exactly who I was and instantly got defensive. At this point, I was super confused because I did not receive any returning phone call from BWW. She then pulled out her personal cell phone, showed me her call history and pointed at my personal phone number in her call log and asks "this is you, right..? I called you at 4:24pm", it was 5:30pm when I entered the store. I am fine if she felt the need to call me on her personal phone, but she did not leave a voicemail letting me know that my order was ready or bother to try and give me another call a little while later. With no voicemail and the contact information being completely different from the number and caller id of BWW, there was no way for me to correlate that my food was ready. Instead of apologizing, the worker just argued with me and was defending herself. I am not a picky person and am super patient when it comes to restaurant staff but I was super displeased with the customer service and would have liked to either receive a voicemail since she felt the need to use her personal phone, or to at least have called from the restaurant phone and I could've put the pieces together that my food was ready. Lastly, I disclosed my personal information to the restaurant to call me back not for her personal...

Good food but one of the the worst service experiences I've ever had while in uniform with the rest of my soldiers. We were gathering to celebrate and recognize one of our own soldiers for his hard work while in the Army before he transitions out. We had made a reservation the day prior to inform that we'd be doing a military going-away event and needed a reservation for 30 people to gather and praise one of our own through speeches. Our soldier coordinating the event gave his full name and made arrangements while stating that it was for a going-away event (military tradition).

We gathered the next day only to find out our reservation was stolen by a smaller party and had taken our desired seats in a more secluded area which would have been best for our speech portion. I requested to speak to the assistant manager at the time (Julie Theiss). Julie was very rude to me in front of my own soldiers and I had to stifle my anger in order to not set a bad example. I only wanted to make it aware to Julie that there was a mixup and there should be better procedures for the hostess' up front to verify the identity of groups with reservations.

Julie continued to insist that she didn't see what the issue was because we got seated anyways (our group was split at several tables which made speaking awkward). Her attitude was hostile and she claimed that the only thing to be done was for me to speak to the other party and demand our seats back. I refused to do so because I wasn't going to interrupt another group's meal together at the expense of a third parties' mistake. After arguing more with Julie and her attitude increasing (to the point that my soldiers within earshot remarked about how rude she was and another soldier stating how bad the service always is here), I finally chose to dismiss and end the conversation when all she said she could do was lower the music for us.

This is not how you address a group of soldiers gathering to celebrate the successes of one of our own. We will spread the negative word within our unit and not hold any similar events here...

This used to be our favorite place to go weekly. It's been 6 years and my fiance and I noticed this place evolving. (Prior to the renovations by the way.) Before? The first thing was the special they had or still have on Tuesdays for buy one get one wings. We used to be able to just order them and pick them up. That was ended, and we can only eat in to get the special. Problem is, BF is autistic and the crowd along with the volume stresses him out. I'm disabled as well and can't sit for long periods of time without pain. We still would come in however? Naturally~ if it got too loud we'd have to pack up and head home. So we decreased our visits. Then the problem was after ordering 20 to 40 wings? We can only get one cup of }small{ dressing or two for the entire amount of wings we purchased.???? The third issue came with ordering the wings to go and seemingly getting some rerun wings because of the way they looked and tasted. We took a break. Then? We decided to come back again. This year the past few times we've ordered to go thanks to Covid, every time we order "hot" it is beyond words not just hot.🥵 I grow my own habanero peppers and even have African bird's eye peppers so I can take the heat. Well today I order and we get 20 wings with only one ranch one blue cheese in a }small{ tiny container and I guess that's supposed to cover the crudites and the wings that are burning our faces and limbs off. I don't get it. We did order to go again, and also the wings didn't look fresh. Haven't figured out why either we keep getting wings with feathers and hair obviously on them. Maybe that's a trend? But that needs to stop and the hot needs to be a consistent hot. The many times that we came to eat weekly in person I never had a problem with eating the hot wings. Understandably there is new staff due to Covid. However, we have seen this trend personally over the past 3 years. Hope it gets straightened out soon. Can't figure out why I've had an account online either and today I have zero points and they said you can't order online for this location...
