The staff here is disgusting not only have I been kicked out for asking what time it was back when I was 14 hanging out with my sister and cousin when all of our phone had died and got yelled at when there was only one other customer with her son who treated us kindly and told us the time as well as my sister literally finding a bunch of ants crawling all over the tables and chairs and then a next time just happened yesterday, me and my family drove up to this Arby's and ordered one fry and one pup cup(WHIP CREAM) which we do all the ti8me in rudisill for our dog all the time (til the point that they know his name )and not only did she act confused and went silent for about 5 minutes leaving us waiting to finish ordering waiting for an acknowledgement that she got it but before telling us to pull up to the window just to ask us (with extreme attitude) if we usually get pup cups from here. (Isn't that your job to know?) And when my mom enlightened her that every Arby's gives out free cups of whip cream (she said specifically fort Wayne but it basically means in general) she said that "I'll give you this one but the district is coming tomorrow because of that and they couldn't continue selling pup cups" uhmm excuse me? How is that my problem that you got the district to come to your restaurant?..It's basically air and not only that she at first didn't even acknowledge the card my mom had to basically shove it into her hand to pay for the small fry because she continued to complain about it to us with extreme attitude and it took like 10 more minutes of waiting on just the small crinkle cut fry and after that a staff member said she was a new hire and that the original lady was and I quote "pissed of because she has to train us" and not to mention that every time my mom comes to order there always speak with such attitudes...
Read moreI have worked for arby's since 2010 and this is by far the worst Arby's I have ever worked for The shift managers here Are poorly trained and Do not know the arby's standards nor do they practice the arby's standards and they do not accept constructive criticism I had tried and tried to addressed some of the issues in this store and tried to set the arby's Standards in the store however this store has no standards I literally was threatened By a fellow shift manager for trying to approach a few issues They do not accept the arby's standards here nor do they accept constructive criticism I had Tried to reach out to the area corporate supervisor to help me addressed some of these issues he said we would have a sit down however he never had time for a sit down So I had tried to call him and he didn't even have time to talk on the phone at the time he said he would call me back and he never did Due to these unhealthy unsafe Situations I had asked for a transfer to another store my transfer was denied So I tried to stick it out do my best and hope for the best every day and every day was another sad sack of situations I loved And enjoyed working for arby's it was a job I thought I could never leave behind a job I wanted to excel in however I knew I could not do it At this location I literally would transfer to any arby's But I never got a transfer I was left in this unhealthy unsafe environment I am 6 months pregnant and I cannot deal with the unhealthy situations nor can I be Threatened or getting into fights with other shift managers Who do not know how to accept constructive criticism or the arby's standards So I was forced to leave a job I loved due to the unhealthy environment thanks arby's for letting me down after all these years of hard work...
Read moreI pulled into the drive-thru at 11:54, there were two cars in front of me, the first car in front of me did not get helped until 11: 57pm... And then the next person in front of me they didn't start taking her order until 11:57 and by the time she was done ordering and I pulled up to the speaker it was now 12:02 and even though I was the last car in line and I was in line before they closed they would not let me order, because they closed at midnight. If they had not waited so long to take those other two orders I could have ordered my food and probably been out of the drive-thru line super quick... But I felt like they were stalling on purpose with not taking orders so they wouldn't have to make any more food at the end of their shift so they could just hurry up and get out. I usually love their food I've never had a problem with service until tonight, because there's no reason that first car sitting at the speaker when I got in line should have even sat there that long before being helped and nobody else was in front of them!! Really felt like the extra long time they took was done on purpose so they could just hurry up and get out of there at the end of the night which is horrible customer service. I get people want to go home at the end of their shift but you don't get to walk out at midnight because you close at midnight. So stalling to take orders just so that's less you have to do, and justturn somebody away who was in line prior to...
