Don't Bother. The first time we ordered from this location they got our order wrong. We are pretty lenient when it comes to food service and so we gave them another shot recently. I donate plasma through one of the local Bio-Life facilities and so I usually have a prepaid Visa card in my wallet from the money I make from donations. I wanted to pay for my order by first running the pre-loaded card as credit to empty the money that was on there (if you have ever done this with ANY financial card, you know that it clears the card balance to zero and then lets you know what you still owe minus what the card paid). I had a few dollars in cash to cover the remainder, as well as my primary bank card and a $100 bill. The girl at the register could NOT figure out this concept to save her life. She tried more than once to run the card for the entire amount, even after I explained "I want to run the prepaid card down to ZERO and then pay the rest with the little bit of cash I am holding. She simply could not comprehend it. "It declined your card sir". No kidding! There is not enough to cover the full amount on that card! Run it as credit, take it down to a zero balance, and I will give you the remaining $6 in cash! Unfortunately it was beyond her. She kept staring at the $100 bill in my hand, probably wondering why I did not just pay for the food with that. I told her plainly, "I am NOT breaking this bill for pizza". She told me again that the card would not cover the entire amount. I told her again that I was well aware of that; I just wanted to empty the money on the card and give her the difference it cash. Finally I told her "I am really sorry that we could not do business tonight", and I left the food sitting on the counter. The Little Caesar's we opted for instead was much better anyway. On a side note, the parking for this place is terrible. You can park around the block and walk, or across the street and skip your merry little way across the busy street of Jefferson Boulevard. We are ALWAYS willing to give some leniency when it comes to restaurants, but this experiences was beyond ridiculous. I hope the uneaten food cost...
Read moreI ordered 4 pizzas for pick up, one was supposed to be a deluxe brooklyn style pizza well when I drove home it was only cheese so i decided to give them a call to correct the error. So I asked to speak w a manager she said "I am" I didn't catch her name anywho I was told in the past from a employee there that they didn't deliver to my residence well come to find out they do. So I went on to ask if they could deliver since it was on there error she told me NO because it would be waisting there drivers gas'sso I asked her so I'm supposed to waist my gas twice for there error. Which my husband went in there to pick up the pizza and he said there were 4 employees one sitting down playing on there phone in the hall, one sitting in the chairs the other was in a wheel chair and one was cooking. Anywho whoever I was speaking w was getting impatient and frustrated so she then passed the phone to the real manager who answered LOUD and all hostile and said her name was HOLLY. RUDE...as soon as I as I told her that I'm taking it to cooperate and asked for there names she hung up. Unprofessional, I worked in restaurant business for over 15 yrs, if those ladies don't like there job find something new, people have lost there way in the customer service industry and act like damn ANIMALS. Read moreWe recently stayed in the downtown Marriott for a dance competition this past weekend and ordered from here because it was down the street and they delivered. When I placed our order I had asked the gentleman on the phone if we should meet him in the lobby of the hotel. He stated that they bring the food directly to the room and asked my room number. He stated it would be around 25 minutes. An hour later and still no delivery, I called them back. They stated they forgot to ask a name but came to a different room number and no one answered. They wrote the wrong room number down. At this point, why didn't they call me back? They had my number which is how they looked up the order to begin with since they didn't take my name. They eventually brought over my order, which Im sure was still the same food they tried to deliver but just put it in their hot delivery bag. I asked about a discount for their error and was told they would ask a manager. The delivery guy showed up with food and no discount was offered.
