I enjoyed their prompt and fast service they provide. They were very generous and professional. They are very clean and honest atmosphere. I will definitely come back. Every time I come there they provide fast and courteous service, they are very friendly and are always in a pleasant mood. Their drive thru is very pleasant also, they provide very fast, waste no time.I love your drinks especially the slushes but you advertise the burgers really big and when you get there it’s too really thin pieces of meat. If you improve on that and maybe have another flavor of ice cream I would give you 5 stars. Love your slushes, get one whenever I can. "The Voice."
Yeah, that's right. Tonight after a heavy meal at a local Korean restaurant I decided I needed something sweet to balance all the spice and meat I had just consumed. So, of course we decided to get ice cream from McDonald's.
As soon as we hit the drive-thru we were greeted with this AMAZING voice. Holy schnitzels this guy sounded like he belongs on the radio. He was friendly, polite and his voice was so smooth and soothing at the same time. I just froze in my tracks because I was so captivated by this baritone beast's melodic waves (euphemism for his voice).
Anyway, we drove to the window and that dude, "The Voice" greeted us and he sounded just as amazing in person! I told him he should be on the radio and he said that this is what he is aspiring to. Read moreI placed 2 online orders at approximately 8:25pm. They were set up for curbside pickup, and when I arrived at 8:35pm and checked in, they replied, stating the food would be out between 2-5 mins .
10+ minutes later, when it wasn't out, we went inside to see what the problem was. The girl at the register was new and did not know anything, so she went to ask the people working on the food. Those employees choose to tell her to leave them alone and go back to the front.
We requested to speak to the manager but she never came to speak to us. Although she was present and aware of the situation. Since she would not come to the front and help anyone ( there were 4 or 5 other people who had been waiting an excessive amount of time as well), I decided to record the incident for my protection. This really upset one of the employees, who decided it was appropriate to start cussing loudly, on the floor, in front of a lobby full of customers, including children. Mind you, he was using this language while speaking directly to "the manager" ( if you could call her that) . This manager does not address this either.

Every time I come here the loud cursing is not ever addressed, hardly anyone can stop the gossiping, profane, rude conversations while customers are in the lobby. I used to be a manager at a McDonald's and this kind of behavior would never have been tolerated in that store. McDonald's has strict rules against this kind of behavior from employees and if a customer can be asked to leave for being loud and using profanity in the lobby, why is it ok for the employees to do it? But one positive was Carlos, taking people their orders and being very polite. This is the only McDonald's I've been to that employees behave like this and I'm about to stop coming here, I'd rather walk 4 times as far to the rudisill location where the crew doesn't swear loud enough to be heard by the entire store, I don't get dirty looks by employees and I don't have to be made to feel disrespected.
