Dale's Donuts — Restaurant in Fort Worth

Usually this is my favorite place to stop by on Friday’s for a treat with my daughters. I noticed the now hiring sign outside the door and that someone new had started. My daughter is very shy and likes to take her time picking donuts and I know it can be annoying but she was very patient with her. Until her co worker came out and started criticizing every move she made. How she didn’t tell me it was .99 cents for one donut hole or how she just got a Kolache And forgot to close the Door all the way. So then her co worker decided to jump in front of her and take over. Then she left to go do something else to tell her what she was doing wrong and I was still standing there waiting to finish my transaction. Finally after coming back she looks at me and says ok bye. Thankfully I finished my own card transaction or I could’ve had free donuts. But then when I asked for a bag to carry my things because I had a car seat and not enough hands she had the audacity to roll her eyes. But the best part is she wasn’t perfect. She couldn’t figure out how to put all my things in the bag! So of course I humbled her. Please don’t waste...

2022 Review- Dounts and sausage rolls are still good but their menu needs work. I get there maybe changes in prices often, but please let customers know a set price until changes are made. Previous Review-Great customer service & one of the best donut shops around. Prices are great and they definitely take the precautions to keep everybody safe during this covid-19 pandemic. I would give 5 stars but the s'more/campfire donut can't remember exactly what it was called had flamed marshmallows that made the whole donut taste burnt & I saw a piece of hair. I wouldn't recommend that particular donut and the piece of hair is not a deal-breaker for me because I have worked in a bakery shop before and things do happen & this was the only time. My mom put me on this place. Krispy cream who?? Dunkin who?? Donuts so fresh and delicious 😋 my favorite are the blueberry and the red velvet. When I go here the service is amazing!! They get you in and out so fast. Super friendly. I came in this past Saturday and they were out of the blueberry but that was my fault I came close to closing. The lovely cashier was so nice she told me to call ahead and they'd hold me some. She even gave me two free donuts because they didn't have what I wanted. And they were AMAZING!!!! So soft omg if you wanna good donut great coffee and great customer service go to dales donuts 🍩 😋 I send everyone I know here because I'm not sharing mine...
