Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Fort Worth

*Left this review a week ago and they commented on my review to reach out and I emailed but got no response . Why was I asked to reach out? * So disappointed . I came here because of a HORRIBLE experience with little Caesar’s and so I ordered a HALF pep half cheese pizza and the guy even repeated what I said and rang my stuff up and I paid and waited in my car . I go in and grab my pizza and come back out to the car and sure enough , they messed it up gave me a alllll pep pizza (my child doesn’t like pepperoni) and so I see a lady walking around outside with a thin crust 1/2 pep and she said “oh theirs actually a large 1/2 pep inside let me get that for u they probably just put the wrong name on it!” And comes out and said “sorry that was a delivery pizza and the driver already took it, the guy taking your order rang it in wrong , can we remake it for u?” And I am already on the verge of tears bc I waited 1hour to find out little Caesar’s messed up my order AND a man was rubbing his snot then touched pizzas and when I called him out he started cussing everyone out saying I shouldn’t be watching him and I stood there for 30 min then another 15 at this dominos and my kid was so sad and even said “good luck” when I went inside to get the pizza here and was so sad to see it was messed up . I just wanted to get home bc my anxiety was too high for this . At least we got the sprite not...

I ordered 2 pizzas for pickup got there they were not ready yet, so I paid for the pizzas and was waiting, in mean time I asked the lady her name was Lindzy , where is the manager, the guy with pony tail , she said he got fired , we had to many companies about him , so he is gone. Finely my pizzas are done ,I was redy to go ,but both my pizzas where wrong ,I told the Manager Lindsey, she said let me se the receipt, and she seen tha where. Wrong, and she said ok I will re make them, but it's going to be another 20 minutes, I said now you going to make me late for work, she said keep the ones I made wrong or wait , never ones she said she is sorry for the inconvenience, I told her I have no choice but weight for the right order, I also asked her what are you going with the pizzas you made wrong, she said I will throw them away, I thought that's ridiculous, in mean time I had to call my job that I will be late Finely pizzas got done, Manager Lindzy just throw the pizzas to and never apologized, for my lost time , for her own mistakes, very unprofessional, and disrespectful, I been coming ones a week for years, I'm very disappointed, a disrespected, by this store Manager named Lindzy . We order at the Clifford street Donnie’s all the time and they were always great, but seriously the last two times were really bad. I ordered today, for my brithday at 6:50, and now have to figure at dinner at 8:40 for me and my kids. A few weeks ago, I ordered for an evening with friends, and I waited over an hour with no updates. When I called they told me they don’t have drivers that day, and I was able to pick up pizza and got a refund on the delivery charge. That’s fine. I get a bad day .But then I order again today, and no updates for a hour. I called and was told by the lady on the phone that the delivery guy left and just didn’t update the tracker. I waited 20 minutes and called again to be told it was delivered to the wrong address. And they offered a “rebate” whatever that means. I just told them to refund me at this point, I don’t when I would be preferred from them again. I really don’t want to order elsewhere because I like Dominoes most for pizza, and they are literally a few blocks away, but it feels like this store is falling apart. This is so disappointing! *Update-the fixed this issue with two free pizzas. So I was happy on our next order, but then when we ordered again the tracker said the pizza was delivered and it wasn’t. We had to call and get this fixed. That’s 3 out of 4 orders...
