What a C.F.! We live only 3 minutes from dunkin. Our order was placed at 9:40. By the time I finally had our order, drove straight home, and pulled into my driveway, the time: 10:50. Totally, completely, 100% unacceptable. And this has NOT been. The. First. Time.... Or the second or third or fourth. No matter how bad service has been, I have never ever left a bad review for any establishment in my life. But, this time: I will. We've ordered from the White Settlement DD 10 times since moving here in June. There has only been ONE time the donuts looked/tasted great, the order was actually correct, and we we were able to pick it up without spending too much time waiting (I understand when it's busy. I get it). But today, I've had enough. An HOUR after I placed my order online for pick up, it is finally ready. And most isn't correct. The donuts also look terrible, some of them are split down the middle or falling apart. I walked into the store to pick up the 2 orders, 15 minutes after it was placed and none of it was ready, so I patiently waited. Which is fine. And then I waited. And waited. There were only 2 people in front of me, a couple cars in the drive through. The woman at the register made my drinks and then said my donuts will be ready in a minute. But she went back to the register without getting them and didn't tell anyone I was still waiting on donuts (that should have been ready by now). After 5 minutes of watching no one get our 2 dozen donuts, I had to flag someone down. So, unsurprisingly, by the time someone came around to filling my order, a lot of the donuts I had ordered- were now gone. Probably because they were filling everyone else that ordered after I did. Ok, fine- we'll substitute. Instead of 2 strawberry & 2 vanilla sprinkles I told them any sprinkles was fine. They substituted 2 with no sprinkles and only 1 with sprinkles. Yet, I saw a couple chocolate WITH SPRINKLES being put into other people's boxes, or being walked around to the register for other orders while I waited. Ok, whatever, kids love donuts sprinkles or not. Nothing to get upset about. So, one dozen donuts was finally plopped in front of me by the employee a long time later, and without asking if that was it for my order, or if I needed anything else or even "I apologize for you waiting 30 minutes for your order", turned and walked away... (And by now the ice had completely melted in my cold drink, and my hot drink was totally cold because it had now been 30 minutes). Now I had to try and flag someone else down and tell them I'm still missing another dozen donuts and a muffin. I got someone's attention, I showed them my two orders, then they proceeded to not do anything about it. 5 minutes later, someone noticed I was still standing there and only then did they start on my 2nd order. I was then told they didn't have sprinkles, can they substitute. So, they were trying to fill the order they had ALREADY given me. I had to pull the order up on my phone (again), and keep my phone out for the employee to repeatedly come back to look at. It took a very. very. long time. By then, I told him I didn't care, just give me the order please. My kids were at home, very hungry, and I was now tired of standing and waiting. So, 55 minutes later, with 1 watered down drink, 1 not hot anymore drink, and 2 dozen incorrect, falling apart donuts, I left. and realized: they didn't even put the muffin in there. I had to turn back around, and go back in. So my family is done with this Dunkin store. In the time it took for me to get 2 simple, uncomplicated orders, I could have driven across town to a different Dunkin, or to a Krispy Kreme. And considering this has been the norm for over 2 months, I don't believe anyone there cares about fixing it, which is their decision. We'll take our business elsewhere. And I make sure to take pictures of the...
Read moreHonestly disappointed in all Dunkin’ Donuts. My favorite and only reason I will go to Dunkin’s is for their jelly donuts and every time I go they are sold out or only have a few left. I would understand this I was going at like 12pm or shoot even 6pm but I was there at 8am. Now I do not know the ins and out of their business but it seems since they are sold out often which to me means they sell a bunch of them but I have yet to notice any adjustment in product per demand. They also do cold brew and they are on tap which is super convenient but it still takes them the amount of time it would take if they brewed and chilled it to even get your drink. This is only the top of the issue list. Just standing in a room full of customers waiting for their items it seems like the employees here literally only do what they are told which apparently is stand there and do nothing. I also didn’t know I could submit pictures since I normally don’t leave comments but the pictures would have shown if this goes up to whoever pull up the cameras and see if for yourself. There is a lot of areas of improvement I hope you do fix them and your store will benefit from this post. I will not know if you do because I think this is the last time I...
Read moreWe were very excited to find out they were open during the snow storm so we ventured out to get some coffee and donuts! There were cars in the drive thru and a family leaving as we pulled up. We had a complicated order so we figured it was easier to place a mobile order and then head through the drive thru which we did. After we placed the order we drove to the drive thru speaker right behind another car. We saw them pull around to the window and then not long after pull off with their coffees. This was also not more than 2 minutes after seeing that family leave with coffees and donuts. No one ever greeted us at the speaker so we drove around to the window and the lights were off and the parking lot was now empty. The location was clearly open when we arrived and we were allowed to place and pay for an order but they closed before we received it. I have reached out to customer service with no response and I still never got my money back or the 3 coffees and 2 donuts we ordered. Don't...
