The only reason I didn’t give 1 is because of the customer service, ironically it’s also what I’m complaining about. They’re nice, but twice I have been to this location and have waited 20 min for one drink. I’m not a consistent DB customer, as I’ve only been to DB 4 times total but see ads for it etc that make me want to try it more often. This location is just way too slow. The last time I asked for a refund but they explained a girl was currently making my drink. Before asking for the refund once I hit past the 10 min mark I asked why is it taking forever to get one drink. I got out the car to go to the window because I didn’t want to get trapped in the lengthy drive thru. She explained to me what I could see for myself. Out of the 3 employees there only ONE person was making the drinks! That is crazy! The amount of traffic they get and only one person was making drinks. I initially thought there were only two people and a third girl appeared out of nowhere but I’m guessing she was mopping. Like why are you mopping while it’s busy? Why aren’t you making drinks? It’s so weird because it’s clear they’re not in a rush, like it’s crazy, I understand this isn’t a sweat shop but they lollygag and hard! They act as if they have all the time in the world. They talk to each other as if customers aren’t waiting and the lines aren’t piling. The second person was just idly walking around. I thought maybe the front was her end, but she was the one who made my drink. I forgot to mention, after 15 min I received my drink but it was made incorrectly, so they were going to remake it. The third girl made it, and instead of remaking it right away, she disappeared AGAIN! Then about another ten min later is when I asked for a refund. Why wouldn’t you get the other two employees to handle my drink right away after I have been waiting and it was made incorrectly initially?? Out of the 4 times I’ve been to DB, my drink was tasty once and that was the first time I went nor was it this location. I’m not wasting another 20 min of my life waiting for a mediocre drink. I do venture out when it comes to coffee shops and am well aware you have to find what you like but I swear I’m never returning to this location and if this next DB has me waiting for even 5 minutes then DB is forever being crossed...
Read moreThis review is mainly attended to/for Dutch bros training team/management for this location. I personally don't think it's okay to stress a "New" employee out who has not be trained properly to operate two lines/lanes. I, myself and another customer even said that it should only be operated with one line if you don't have the right trained employees out there or the extra help with running two lanes/lines. The issue that occurred today was that the right lane/ line was packed with a line of cars and the employee comes out and takes the first car coming up “driving” in the left lane after we've been “sitting” waiting for 5 to 10 minutes. You would think the employee would ask who has been here first or visibly see the line but yet she ignored the right lane that had the stack of cars and proceeded to order the car that came up driving. I addressed the young lady as she thought I was “yelling” at her. But I simply was just letting her know about herself on what she did and how it wasn’t right and if she couldn’t understand that, to bring me her manager.
I guess she wanted to get her manager, the manager then came out. We talked I let him know about the issue, he understood and we went on with our lives and ordered my drink. I’m a manager and I hold people accountable and the employee didn’t seem to like that I did that to her but hey, she’ll learn one day. Do what is right and you won’t get addressed on stuff like that. If you’re not sure on how to operate two lanes, closed mouths don’t get fed, speak up and let your leadership team know you need help or more training.
In conclusion, just a recommendation, if you're going to operate two lanes. Ensure the employee is either trained to know how to operate two lanes, give them some help if able with another employee assisting, and or just operate out of one lane. Just my opinion, drink was good...
Read moreI am a server and I don’t ever write reviews for places because I totally understand when things are busy and It can get overwhelming however I was really disappointed in Dutch bros today. I have been to this location probably 5 times and I know it gets busier now since it’s been open but I will never go back again after today and I really enjoy there coffee so it’s disappointing.
I arrived at Dutch Bros at 9:25 AM this morning. I decided to park and order at the front because the drive-through was a little bit longer. When I walked up to the front there was a couple ahead of me they were waiting for the drinks. I ordered my drink which was a large golden eagle with soft top with extra vanilla. From 9:25 til 9:55 four people after me ordered and each receive their drink before I did within 5 minutes of ordering there drink. At 9:55 I decided to go to the front and cancel my order because I was running late to somewhere I had to be at 10. They gave me a refund and kept apologizing. But it upset me that the person who clearly sees me waiting decided to keep making the Drinks of others who arrived after me instead of going in order. Remind you it was like 35 degrees this morning and I was waiting outside...
