I honestly never write bad reviews at all, but I am genuinely floored at how negative my not even 75 second interaction at the drive thru window with Raven just was. I had a coupon for 50% and I told her that as we were scanning my app. And then I noticed the total didn't take off for 50% so I said something and then she literally YELLED at me "So you actually have to say if you have a coupon, they don't just pop up on my screen out of nowwhere!" with an insane amount of unwarranted attitude. I then told her that I actually did say something, and then she once again yelled at me saying I needed to speak up because she couldn't hear me. I understand if she had been having a bad day and I believe she didn't hear me, but how am I supposed to know that? I work in customer service and I know the customer sometimes is wrong, but I genuinely don't know what I did to warrant that amount of disgusting attitude? Getting yelled at in the starbucks drive thru today was not on my todo list today. On top of that, I haven't been to starbucks in a while because honestly the quality of drinks has dipped down a lot lately and there's so many better options out there (Especially those with better customer service skills and nicer people), but the pumpkin cream cold brew I ordered literally tastes like water with cold...
Read moreI worked for Starbucks for 4 years and believe I had the best workplace training. However the service I experienced today at 5:12 pm in the drive through of this location was terrible. I ordered two drinks which they repeated back to me correctly and asked me to pull forward. Once at the window the girl asked for my money and handed me the drink and just said “ok here’s your change.” She didn’t say anything about another drink. I then continued I sit at the window and peered through to see if anyone was making a drink. No one was. She then asked if I was waiting on another drink and I said yes, a double espresso. She looked at the register and asked if it was iced or hot. I said hot. She then proceeded to ring it up and ask me for more money. I then asked her if she was going to charge me for her mistake and making me wait. She said yes. I repeated it. “You’re going to make me pay for your mistake.” She again said yes with her hand out for money. I said then we are done and left and immediately called the manager who said his name was Roger to complain about her service. I am still in disbelief that this happened. I can’t believe that someone was not only trained so poorly, but was...
Read moreEdit: I had the following review but I decided to call a manager to discuss and they are making an effort to make sure this situation does not affect customers again. I have certainly had good experiences with this store in the past. But today, I mobile ordered a drink before leaving my home 7 minutes away. It was morning and I knew the drive through would be long (and it was) so I ordered to pick up inside. I have a disability and can't stand a long time so I sat in a chair and was reprimanded due to covid. I get it BUT that 5 more minutes hurt me so much I nearly vomited by the time I got to car and was shaking. Next time someone tells me I can't sit on a chair in a public location and leaves no chair for a disabled person, I will sit on the floor. I am not sure I can step into this store again. My body hurts just thinking about it....but I am glad they are planning to do something about this situation and I would like to add that this is not the only establishment that has put me in...
