To start off we were super excited to have our daughters birthday here bc we thought it would be a better main event. However we were truly mistaken bc we would’ve been better off going there. We booked a party and was informed much about anything. Our party was set to start at 3pm and we were told to show up at 2:30pm. Me my daughter and boyfriend showed up at 2:20pm. So when we show up we had to all sign a a waiver which was fine. The rest of the party started showing up and we weren’t even in our room yet bc they “were still cleaning from the party before.” We kept asking when we’re gonna be able to go into our room and they kept saying they are getting it ready over and over. We had a cake, balloons, and decorations all ready. We didn’t get into the room until 3:20pm when they told us we only had the room until 3-4. So now we only have 30 minutes to chow down all this food, open gifts, and cut the cake. She said she would give us extra time but nope we have to be at go karting by 4:10. Well how are we suppose to have the room cleaned by then if we have to be somewhere else by that time? It was all stressful to do all of this stuff bc we were told it was important we make the 4:10 go karting briefing. So I had to have my parents help get everything out while the other adults and kids went out there. Then the adults go and do go karts while the kids did laser tag which wasn’t bad! But just when things start to go kid stuff goes right back downhill. So the kids come back from laser tag and it’s time do the junior karting which is a complete joke. It was great for our 9 year old but the 13 and 15 year old were obviously not fond of it but if we knew that we needed to schedule an intermediate kart experience we would of. But like I said before. They never asked ages of kids or heights or anything. Then they let us have an intermediate ride for the older kids but was gonna charge us $200…. For two kids…. They ended up giving it to us. She told us to be there at 5:40 well she was no where to be found and it was 5:42 at this point and the kids said the go karting people said they needed a host and when our host finally came back at 5:45 she said they were mistaken and they didn’t need her even tho I heard them say it! They missed thier ride and had to go on the next ride. Then we go into a 7D expiernce which was not kid friendly at all would not recommend it for any kid under the age of 10. We did the “less scary” one and my kid still left crying. And to make matters even worse we never even picked the 7D expienerce we asked for bowling. Then finally we are able to do the arcade. Which they give you a bunch of cards with 1000 points already loaded however they don’t tell you that it is LIMITED arcade. Online it says exclude to pink and purple is excluded but no it’s pink, purple and blue so only you are only allowed to play yellow games which is barely anything. Which we didn’t care about the tickets but as much as you’d spending the kids would of likes to have more of a variety. And to tip off the iceberg we gave our daughter her cards to spend since there was 1000 points loaded onto the cards. We had 7 cards and only 5 of them worked. They said that two of them were already spent which was false bc we only had three kids with us so that was impossible. They ended up giving us the points which was nice but with everything that kept going wrong it was just really frustrating. Overall the place was really nice. Our host was nice but I don’t know if she really knew what was going on. I’m grateful for what the accommodated for us but it just felt very rushed and disorganized for how organized it should’ve been. I felt more stressed than I should’ve at my 9 year olds birthday party. Would not recommend having a bday party here unless you wanna spend a buttload money to be stressed and not enjoy ur child’s birthday. I can’t even put everything into this review but I hope I got everything I felt was most important. I never leave reviews either I work in the service industry and this was probably the worst...

I went today with my family and boyfriend. Overall a good experience, the karting was very fun, however it is pricey. $30 for one seven-minute ride. There is also no music or anything on the track, I think it would be fun to add that. In laser tag today, my gear wasn't connecting to the game and an employee fixed my screen so I was on a team, however whenever I shot someone else it wouldn't register my score. And afterwards I wasn't on the leaderboard. So there was just a few little annoying things, but nothing too big of a deal.
My biggest issue, as the title suggests, was Aly. I was waiting in line for it to open at 10am this morning and entered the raffle to win free arcade play for a year. I got a call at 10:45 which I missed because I was in a race. Afterwards I listened to the Voicemail and Aly said I won and to call back and respond by 11:30 to receive my award, and if I didn't respond by 11:30, they would give it to someone else. So immediately my boyfriend and I asked an employee where to go to redeem it, since we had to respond by 11:30. They said ticket redemption, so we went there and they said it's actually going to be at reception from 12-12:30. We are confused on the different information so my boyfriend asks front desk about it and they said at 12 to go to redemption. So we get there at 11:56, the employee there is unsure so he calls over a manager who is also unsure, he then talks to the GM (Austin), who said it will be at redemption. Then we get told by the other manager to meet at reception. So we go there and I was informed by ally that I will not be getting free arcade play for a year because I didn't respond to her phone call by 11:30. I explained how I went around asking where to go and was at redemption at 11:30, but that didn't matter to her. She told me to pull up my Voicemail and listen to it again because she told me to call her back by 11:30 in her Voicemail. That is true, but I guess in my excitement hearing the call I was confused and thought I just needed to go redeem the ticket by 11:30. I explain this to her and she just apologizes and says she already chose another winner because I didn't call her back specifically. I told her that there is a communication issue going on with employees on the floor (she was in the front offices the whole time we were there), and that needs to be addressed because I was told several different things by several employees. She said she had sent a message to every employee and that it was "their responsibility to educate themselves." Overall Aly was very rude to us, and she must be from corporate because she was wearing a different shirt then everyone and even the GM Austin didn't know what was going on. She obviously had no manners or knew how to talk to guests, so I'm assuming she was just brought in to open the store, as we spoke to another employee about this issue and she had no idea who Aly was. It is clear if Aly is from corporate she needs to stay there because she has no idea how to communicate as a team or speak to guests. She just shifted blame to the employees there that day. As a manager it is your job to make sure your team knows what's happening, especially on a grand opening, and I hope she is not working at this location for much longer.
(My boyfriend received a call later than me saying he won the raffle for free arcade play too - I assume since I didn't respond he got chosen instead. He went and talked to another manager in reception, and he was able to switch his card with mine, so ultimately I got what I won, and I'm happy, I just hope no other guest has to deal with Aly being...
Read moreHello,
From the get go our experience was terrible. I paid quite a bit of money to make my son’s 13th birthday a good one and it was far from that. I booked the birthday party with what was supposed to be a specialist in this area and he switched the package up so much it ruined the plan I had for the experience and the food. The plan went from what I wanted to what he suggested to be better. I chose the Apex and then switched to the full Throttle to make up the money difference to reach the $500.00 limit. After telling him exactly what I wanted out of those two plans he suggested the (twin turbo) which I honestly wish I had never agreed to. He also tried to get me to pay for a bowling lane instead of good because he couldn’t find a room for us and I told him that was out of the question. We get to the location and placed in our room. When the food starts to arrive I asked about the personal pizzas we thought we were getting for the kids but apparently since he switched up the plan package the kids didn’t get those which threw off the amount of food for everyone (first time being called out of the room) we start eating and party hostess disappears and I have to go find someone to go find him to refill the ice. When there wasn’t enough food we said ok we have to figure something out (second time out of the room) talked with a supervisor and he said ALOT OF THINGS most of which didn’t make sense to me and then offered a platter (without the stuffed potato wedges) to make up for the missing food and thought ok we’re turning this around now but I was wrong. I’m in the room and we’re talking am among the family and the hostess comes back in the room and says can we speak to you for a moment out of the room (third time leaving the room) the supervisor says he can’t give us the platter after all and couldn’t take anything off the bill and we’d have to pay for the platter that was said we’d get. They said we could have a $50 gift card but honestly I told him I didn’t want the gift card because we didn’t need to do anything else during the event. After back and forth I took the gift card option after being upset, pressured, and now away from the party that I’m supposed to be enjoying. So after leaving the room and being told by our hostess he’d escort us to the race area we ended up having to search for the him but had to have a totally different hostess take us because he came up missing. During the race experience we were told one thing and then another there wasn’t a clear answer to being able to race with our kids. After Laser tag we were given our game cards which don’t come with the 500 tokens like the hostess said they did since the party arranger switched up the plan last minute. I know things don’t always run as smoothly as we’d hope but when I spend my money for someone else to arrange a party and I state the needs and he switches it all up it truly made me feel like I wasted my money because I spent more time trying to fix the issues then enjoying my sons 13th birthday. I truly hope these issues get fixed and is a learning experience for the future. Even the hostess was in agreement this was a messed up situation.
Upset...
